The lady ahead of me in the line was complaining to them I don't know what they were doing but it looks like you have one employee that's new another one that's just super slow at what he does and you had about four people in line literally took over 20 minutes to make three sandwiches not only that but I saw the new guy that ended up somehow on cashiering and he was using the same gloves he was making food with then proceeded to try to make someone's tuna sandwich with only one scoop the other employee told him for scoops and they both just laughed at each other I mean they were just very nonchalant with everything the speed of services horrible when I was finally helped I asked about your rap and the only thing that was offered was a corn tortilla wrap... At that point I walked out after wasting about 25 minutes in there standing there for the longest time. Smh worse Subway...

Customer services needs improvement. Notto mention that I've mentioned before cheddar brocolli soup is over cooked. First time I replaced it with cookies. I hoped the workers would have paid attention to that. Second time was good. Come back again and it's burnt dark orange color again. This time was td I would get it replaced when I returned. Well I work close by so today I come back hoping I can get my soup that I had been craving since past week. And nope I asked is the soup good today and was just given a head shake. Like ok wow.i get product waste is a big thing but so is customer satisfaction. At this point I'm not satisfied. Manager himself said problem would be fixed next time I came. I guess no proper training in this store on hold times...
