I cannot say enough good things about my recent visit to Starbucks! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, and the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. Their attentiveness and efficiency immediately stood out, setting the tone for a fantastic experience.
I ordered a Coffee Mocha and a Hot Chocolate Mocha, and both were absolutely perfect. The Coffee Mocha had a rich and bold espresso flavor, balanced beautifully with creamy milk and just the right touch of sweetness. The Hot Chocolate Mocha was equally divine, with its velvety texture and decadent chocolate flavor—exactly what I needed on a chilly day.
For food, I opted for the Ham and Swiss Baguette and the Turkey Pesto Sandwich, and let me tell you, they were both incredible. The Ham and Swiss Baguette was served warm, with perfectly melted cheese and a crispy yet soft baguette that made every bite an absolute joy. The Turkey Pesto Sandwich was equally impressive, with the pesto adding a burst of fresh flavor to the tender turkey and perfectly toasted bread.
What really made my visit special was the service. The team worked quickly and efficiently, ensuring that my order was prepared to perfection without any delay. Despite the fast pace, they were attentive, friendly, and clearly committed to providing a great customer experience.

My back was killing me with this weather from my previous back sugeries I've had. I was running behind for my VA appointments for another upcoming surgery and well traffic was extremely bad of course with all of the flooding. Once I made it close to Audie Murphy, Babcock Rd started flooding badly and I had no place to go, so I had to press forward. Needless to say my cars front end sustained plenty of damage and I couldn't drive it. Once police and tow services got me squared away to where I could drive, I already missed my first pre-op appointment and I was gonna try and make my second appointment and well the entrance to Audie Murphy was flooded, so I couldn't make it. I literally lost my mind, this day was only getting worse. I decided to go to Starbucks and get a frappecino and the cashier ALY was the one who really touched my heart. She asked how my day was going, she paid for my beverage out of her pocket and wouldn't take no for an answer. Read more-NEGATIVE STARS. The worst Starbucks I have been too. I ordered a trenta light ice drink. The ice was passed the bottom green line full of ice. I was missing my bagel w/cream cheese. They were steady, but NO busy. So I waiting for my bagel. Meantime, I asked for a cup to take some ice out since it was ordered with light ice. The look I got, you would have I took money from him. I poured out my drink, it did not even fill up the smaller cup. Remember I ordered trenta, that is the biggest size. And it was not the right size cup. I asked, he said that is what we use. I am thinking, so I am not getting what I paid for. Still the whole time never offered to correct my drink. The looks I got from him, I was like forget this. Plz make my drink over.
