First things first, the Gm Lorenzo was so unprofessional, and that's an understatement. He needs coaching or something that might want to help him treat his paying customers better. I'm not a Karen, by the way, and never have been. I used to work at store #1 for a few years under an amazing team and my GM was the reason why I wanted to be in management because of how he prioritized his customers, his staff and the quality of the food leaving the kitchen. He was so loyal to his customers and did whatever to fix whatever mistake was made, period. As a GM or any manager should. The customer is always right, my friend!
I'll post the dry strips that Lorenzo said he temp checked before they were handed to me. I waited 15 minutes for my food just to get strip jerky, and not 1 time was anything on the line or chicken table temp checked while I was waiting for my food. Then I called him to get it fixed, and he said and I quote he would only refund 1 order unless we left to return the food to the store because no one has complained all day and its been so slow. Based on how dry the chicken was, I can definitely tell. They were slow. So I left my hotel where my family and I were staying for a little stay cation just so this man can refund me 2 #4s when I origionally ordered 3 #4s with extra strips. Then he lied and said I was lucky to get a refund cause strips were missing. Luckily, i took pictures. What made me upset is that he was so smug and had a smile on his face the whole time he kept telling me no to whatever I said. I have never dealt with such disgusting behavior in my life, especially from bill millers. I honestly felt like it was a joke to him, but more than anything that my complaint was a joke. I did not feel heard at all, and he was determined not to give me what i was asking for even though I was right. He lied, screwed me out of my food and money... He needs to get written up, or he needs coaching cause that man is not GM material. I literally cried cause he just kept saying no. We hadn't eaten all day. He literally ruined my entire day. Im so nice to everyone and remained respectful just to be treated like that in return, which was hard to deal with. Please, Bill Miller, reach out. Something needs to be done about...
Read moreSo let me tell you about my experience I walked in crickets. There’s nobody there but still I saw four employees sitting at different tables on break. I saw two employees in the back by the office, but at the at the meat counter, but facing away from the front there ones back was The front and the other one was another employee facing the other, and there was one person by the window and when I came in, no one acknowledge me. No one said welcome. No one said hi nothing it took him a few minutes before I think it may be the manager. I don’t know if he or she I couldn’t tell They did not have a Bill Miller shirt on. They had like a Hawaiian type shirt so I’m thinking maybe it may be a manager, but I think they should’ve looked more presentable more like a manager if they wanna have a different shirt that need to have Bill Millers on there and I didn’t see no Bill Millers on there anyhow when he or she finally came up to greet me to ask me what I wanted I asked for a large big red and a portion of brownies and that person said that they were all out of big red now I know sometimes you could run out of that, but there is a way to reload those drinks if you go back there and get Another whatever you call it bottle or Gallon or whatever it is that they pump into that soda machine. There is a way to refill it so I’m not sure if they were lying and they just didn’t wanna help me or what but I did not get a good vibe. It was like I get it. It’s slow. Most of the employees were out on the floor eating or jabbing and there was only three in the front too, we’re talking to each other, not paying attention to the counter to the front and one by the cashier drive up window, but as I said there was no customer so they were just doing whatever by themselves without greeting me or the other two people greeting me as well and if that person in the Hawaiian shirt was a manager. They should’ve been paying attention which they were not. I got bad vibes from this location. I mean, at least they’re an AC and they’re not hot outside and they’re getting paid by an hour. They definitely look like they were off. It looked like they did not...

I paid and I was given a receipt but as I start to pull away from the drive through the cashier yelled for me to wait. So I stopped and got out to see what was wrong. The cashier tells me my card didnt go through. So I gave it back to her and she ran it again. She gave a second receipt. I get in my car and go to work but when I looked at both reciepts they were both authorized and for different amounts. I called the store and spoke to "a manager" named Gilbert who told me they realized they had charged me for someone else's order by mistake. He said if I came back in he would refund it or take care of it. He was polite and apologetic so I told him it's not a big deal and that I'd go back later to sort it out. The next morning (today) I was going to pick up breakfast again on the way to work so I called to see if I could just place the same order instead of having to deal with a refund. This time gilbert wasnt there so i have no idea what manager I spoke to but he argued with me and kept repeating "are you sure you were charged twice" I told him I had both receipts 17$ and 14$.. he just kept saying that it should "fall off" in 4 or 5 days. Without even knowing if it had been voided or not because he had no idea what transaction it was or what had been done by the other manager if anything to resolve the issue.(he stated he hadnt heard of any transaction issues) The manager I spoke to today was assumptive and rude. I have no idea what the company policy is but arguing with a paying customer when they've clearly made a mistake seems like pretty poor service. As I stated one manager offered to make it right But the other clearly had no interest. Either way it seems like the communication and training are severely lacking at this location. They can keep the 17 bucks they overcharged me if it's that big of a deal. I'll just never go there again. Other options...
