Starbucks — Restaurant in San Antonio

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My husband and I ordered an iced green tea and a s’mores frap. Neither were made correctly. We were fine with the tea mistake but asked for the frap to be made again, as it was watery and flavorless. I watched the barista make the frap the second time and she made it completely incorrectly (I worked for Starbucks for three years, I know the recipe and the measurements). Again the drink was entirely wrong and flavorless. We left without a s’mores frap because it was not drinkable and there was no point asking her to make it a third time when she clearly had no idea how to make the drink correctly.

To whomever is managing this place - TEACH YOUR BARISTAS THE CORRECT RECIPES AND MAKE SURE THEY FOLLOW THOSE RECIPES.

Originally their hours opened at 0600 but in the past week, they now open at 0700. Located in in the new WHASC building (Bldg 4554). They are closed on holidays, most Family days, and weekends.
