Subway — Restaurant in San Antonio

Not the one to complain often, but I just had the worst experience at this location. Pulled up at the drive through at 9:05 pm and there were 3 cars ahead of me. Waited in line for about 10 minutes when a lady came out and said, "there were cones there we're closed" and just put 2 orange cones between the car in front of me and mine. I tried to talk to her and she just went inside. I backed out of the lane and went to the entrance to see the hours of operation. There was a white paper covering the sign that says " closing at 9 today". The open neon sign was still on though, but the doors were locked. As I was driving away I saw the car that was in front of me backing out as well. So that person also waited in line for at least 10-15 minutes before they were turned away, even though the employee put the cones behind their car after they have been in line already. This would not be so upsetting had those cones been posted up in a timely manner and clearly blocking the drive through lane letting people know the store was closed instead of making us wait and waste our time. Just had a 6 inch sandwich. The bread was stale and tough. I keep giving this Subway a chance, but no more. Every time I go something is really off. Slimy cucumbers, rude employees the fountain machine is out of order. Also, today I wanted the Mini artisan multi grain bread and the server looks at me like I'm an alien... not saying anything... then I point to it on the menu in front of me and she says... "all we have is what is here" pointing to the bread rack behind her. So I point again to the menu. Her apathetic reply "we don't have that". So I ask for a regular 6 inch and am visibly annoyed. After she sees my face and is cutting the 6 inch (stale bread) she says "unless you're talking about the kid's sub" I just say "nevermind.... I'll stick with what you've already started." No where does it say "kid's sub". Her indifferent, I don't care attitude really did it for me. I work close by and talk to many people during the day. This Subway will be out of business soon if they don't get it together. Until then they have lost a once loyal customer who used to eat there...

Was debating just a drink or combo or maybe mcdonalds but i wanted fresh.before I could make that decision I needed to use the restroom, but my decision was made for me by your employee saying was I buying I answered yes..then I was asked what I would be buying..then I was told well as long I bought all was good but mind you , I haven't even made it even past 5 steps or past your chip aisle, I couldn't even look at the menu lol ...I actually don't frequent the place at all,last time I was there was month to 2 weeks ago..even then I bought stuff..I know it's the homeless that cause these problems but not even at my job do I tell a customer what was told to me unless that said customers has been problem and has been warned.i don't even go there maybe once a month or 2 months literally ..all great experiences before no doubt, but tell ol he/she to chill let me maybe look at the menu first ease up on the T injections it may be the root of your...
