We visit as often as we can because we love the staff and the food but today was our last visit since we were asked to leave. We were asked to leave because our 2 yr old was crying, granted he was crying more than we expected him to cry, but he was crying as most 2 year olds would. An older single Caucasian man rudely from across the way stood up and commented "Really?! Could you take your kid out?" I did reply for him to just sit back down. Then no more than 5mins later the female manager came up to me and informed me that the customer was upset and that I should leave. We were a group of 7 adults and two small children, there were probably 5 other people in the rather large restaurant including that man and we were not sitting anywhere close to the other customers. I did approach that man and shared that this was not typical of our 2 year old and all he could say is that I was very disrespectful for interfering with his dinner and to take the kid out. He obviously has no respect for children and that 2 year olds are developmentally going to tantrum. I am a part of many special needs groups and I will inform that they should not EVER consider taking their family their with their special needs family member because they could get kicked out especially if that specific customer happens to be dining at the same time. I am more sad than mad that that man's behavior was rewarded by having our family kicked out. The negative (removal of crying child) reinforcement he was given will increase his behavior in future...
Read moreI used to eat here several years ago when I worked up the street and haven't been back since I left.....wanted asian food so thought I'd stop by there got my order to go.... I am not a picky eater.... It smelled great.....got home ... looked good too.... Well, the egg rolls were so cold inside, they were crunchy on the outside but very cold on the inside and soggy..... couldn't eat them....i got 3, so, money wasted today i couldn't go back cuz they closed at 3pm .... took a big bite unfortunately had to spit it back out which is gross.... so disappointed..... the chicken in the moo goo gai pan seems like it might have been pre-boiled and added to a slurry broth.... the flavor was okay...but didn't like the texture of the chicken....rubbery.....more sad is the fried rice was undercooked....the rice was hard....rice should not be hard cant digest well.......... i ate the snow peas but the carrots were so soggy squishy..... the hot and sour soup tasted good but unfortunately it wasn't hot it was barely lukewarm and I don't live that far away so it couldn't have cooled off that much that quickly..... very disappointed I was so looking forward to going back there again.... I'm afraid this is my last trip. big sad...
Read moreWhoa that was good. Review Time! Hey everyone reading, this is my first time eating here so I didn’t know what to expect. As long along as it was edible I was good. I had the Curry Chicken dinner special with an egg roll and wonton soup. Everything was great. Nice sized portions, good flavours and seasonings, prepared well, hot, and not too spicy (it smelled hotter than it tasted). The chicken was made alongside chunks of bell peppers and onions, all of which was swimming in curry that saturated each piece. The rice was your traditional fried rice with peas, carrots, and egg but it was properly made and I could stop eating eating it lol. The wonton soup was excellent and piping hot when i received it. The large sized wonton that was in the soup was stuffed with, what I assumed was minced pork, added it’s own uniqueness to whole of the chicken curry meal. The egg roll that came with the dinner, is up there with some of the best, so, good job with that one. One thing I can’t stand is bad egg rolls at a Chinese restaurant, fortunately Full House do not have to worry about that. In closing I will say, that this place is worth checking out if you are in the area, or not in the area....
