Subway — Restaurant in San Antonio

This review is for the Subway at Mc crelles on I think 4102 S. New Braunfels St but right next to HEB. I just left there today Tuesday July 30 th @ 5:10 pm it was so dirty the 2 females would not change gloves between guest & there was not even barely anyone there. I stood there for so long & 1 lady was messing w bread & neither even askd if I need help. When the shorter one of 2 finally askd if i needed help she was super slow & the veggies had mixed in onions & others that shouldnt b in it. I asked can i have spinach but w No onion bc theres onions in there she seemed agitated bc i was mentioning that theres onions mixed in spinach. At the end when paying the paper she was making sandwich on was so messy but she wrapped it like that anyway. Getting all this stuff on outside of my sandwich. Terribly messy & gross when I was gonna tell her another lady came up to yell at her about not cutting her pizza. This use to b my favorite Subway when I was on this part of town but now will not b coming back. Also while these ladys were a disaster there was a man in back who kept peeping his head out. SMH very dirty place so disappointed. BTW alot of these post do not say what Subway location so some that are giving great scores may b Subways at other locations. Unfortanetly the Subway im giving score for was very hard to find on here only E Southcross or others cams up so many people forget to write location on...

Manager was very rude when I went in which was June 30, 2023. And was very rude when I called one time about an employee that was working without her hair pulled back. He stated that everytime I come in almost everyday when I come in I'm asking for prices and that he had a line out the door. Well that wasn't my fault. I'm human too and WAS a customer until today. Well sorry if I can't see the menu prices very well with a cataract in one eye with glasses. So I guess I should stay away from this location. If someone there doesnt understand then I won't ever ask for prices there again. Because I am not a rude disrespectful person to anyone.I try my best not to be rude or argue about anything. I just stay away. There are better Subways in SA and friendlier people.+ Now they wanna charge for water when they didn't before. When I walked in and asked for a cup for ice water the employee said only this time. ONLY FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS. I walked into a subway on Southcross and a Goliad a few minutes ago while on my lunch break There was guy behind the counter that clearly stated he didn’t serve people from the place where I worked. I was in my company uniform. I said to him I could leave that’s no problem. Again he stated he didn’t serve people from there so I started to walk out the door. He then started yelling at me that he was only playing. But he stated twice he would not serve me. I have been goi g there everyday for lunch. But that has now come to an end. I will never return. And I will tell all my coworkers and my customers of the aweful experience and the rude individual they hire there.

So if you want rude service go to this subway.

But don’t go in your company uniform if you want to really eat.
