if you order to go at this location, always ensure your meal is correct before driving off! i eat bill millers often and this location always gives me trouble. they seem to care more about getting food out quickly rather than making sure it’s correct. i ordered in the drive thru and was forced to go inside even though i wasn’t dressed to go inside because they got my order wrong, again. i ask for no sauce since it seems wasteful to give me gravy if im not going to use it, yet they put it in my bag every time, TWICE they didn’t even close the lid correctly and gravy covered my meal and i had to go back inside to ask for a new meal. over the last few years the #4 has gone from a little over $6 to now, almost $10 for 3 strips and fries. if im paying almost $10 for a meal, it needs to be correct. if i ask for my fries to be extra crispy, because cold, soggy, old dull fries that have been sitting at the bottom of the heater aren’t worth what i’m paying for, i want my fries to be crispy. employees at this location take it as a suggestion and give out old fries despite asking for crispy ones hoping you wont notice or come back to fix it. i also don’t appreciate chicken “strips” that are the size of a chicken nugget with virtually no breading on it either being considered 1 of my 3 strips. i don’t mind pulling off to the side and waiting to ensure my order is made correctly. granted 5/5 starts for the manager with dreads and big muscles, he’s always on top of what he’s doing, it’s a shame he can’t be everywhere at once to make sure his employees are doing what they’re...
Read moreI went around 8:50 p.m. last night to get a sweet tea bucket refill at the drive thru . Only one car in front of me, so not much of wait. When I handed over my bucket I told the young girl light ice and some lime. Before she took my bucket, she offered me two sides for two dollars a piece (rice and/or green beans). I said no. She was disappointed that I didn't take either but took the bucket and closed the window. After, she opens the window she hands me the bucket filled mostly with ice and no limes. Closes the window to run the debit card. I put the bucket of ice with tea back on the shelf. When she opens the window to give me the credit card, I tell her I asked for light ice, and ask her to take out some of the ice. (Now I should'nt have to state it, but you would expect she would replace the ice with more tea.) However, she takes the bucket and closes the window... reopens the window and the bucket does not look any different. Still looks the same. At this point, I just want to ask for Mr. Cady. But, I'm not sure if he's there, and I don't want to ask for one of the other managers because they are generally no help. So...Bill Miller's hired a girl that can't do two things at once -listen to requests of the customer and try to offload extra sides at the same time. She was too busy trying to offload the extra sides that she wasn't paying attention to what I was asking of her. So I go home frustrated. I purchased a bucket of ice with tea and free serving of frustration for $2.24 to end the night. Well played Bill Miller's....
Read moremy sister and her friend enjoyed the food I only ordered the pecan pie which was good and fries. I had been to two other bill miller bbq on s zarzamora and commerce usually have great service there at s zarzamora but must of been an off week chicken sandwich was dry and hard couldn't even chew it seemed like it had been under a heat lamp all day. First they gave us the chicken fried steak sandwich we ordered 3 we had to send them all back then we got the chicken sandwiches it seemed like they gave us the oldest chicken in the place. One sandwich had a piece the size of a chicken tender. We sent it back they seemed annoyed said they'd make a fresh one which they did my grandson and I ate the old dry ones and my daughter got the fresh one. The majority of the fries were hard too. The best thing was the pecan pie. I told my daughter scratch off bill miller because with fast food prices these days I can't afford to get old food. I will not be eating anything there again. Maybe just the pie this place use to be so good always made sure to stop by whenever I was in town. So when my sister's friend invited us out to eat she chose bill miller I didn't want to seem rude and not order anything so that's why i stuck to the pecan pie and fries because the pie was the only good thing from my visit at s zarzamora. I gave 5 stars only because of the pie and staff place was clean too music was a little too loud. Didn't review a. zarzamora because there's no place to...
