WHAT THE HELL #tacobell?!?!!! This was in my son's order of cinnamon twist after I already fed him more than half the order!!! It was fried into a peice. It's not on there now because I freaked out when I picked it up to give to him, but the fact is that I am looking at a fried roach attached to food I just paid for, after they already messed up my order and had to replace that.
CLEARY, I'm gonna take all the food back and demand a refund right? IF ONLY!!! I was already on the other side of town so I had to call it in. The manager was extremely rude. Started giving me attitude and did not want to let me talk right after I calmly told her we found said roach in the cinnamon twist and I would like to return the entire order and get a full refund. She said over and over "we don't have roaches", refused to give me my refund, the number to corporate, and her name (claiming) it was for her own safety.
But ok, that's cool, I not only reported that specific Taco Bell to the city health inspector office to have them investigated, I am also looking up corporate, posting this all over social media, and I just so happen to be down the street from one of the local news stations with my fried roach in hand.
You want a fight lady??? You got one. All over $12 and some change? Shame on you guys

Me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru. It took us a while to order our food because the girl at the window, Anastasia took forever to put our food in. She kept laughing and talking to other people around her while we were there waiting to order food. My boyfriend kept having to repeat himself because she wasn’t listening. Took us over 5 minutes to get to the window. Then soon we get our food and head home. We sit down so we can eat and we see our whole order was wrong. She only got one thing right which was my burrito. I called and talked to a manager and he fixed the situation and told us to go back for the makeup meal. came in here on a whim to grab some food. there's not a human to take your order, instead you have to punch in your own order and navigate past a bunch of upsell pages to get your food. then as I was going up to collect my food from the warmer trays, I had to fight a Uber driver for my food. then I asked about my drink. "you ordered a drink?" yes. "what size?" I don't know, I ordered on a machine, if you had taken my order, you would know. oh, by the way, it's printed on the label on the bag. paid $1.50 extra for steak, got home, no steak, had to turn around and drive back. not coming back, too many decent places to eat in San Antonio to stop here again.
EDIT: suffered a blowout trying to bring the erroneously made food back, which would not have happened if I had gotten the correct food going NW to SE, as their stupidly narrow left turn curbs are only a SE to NW...
