Worst Customer Service.
I placed an order for delivery, with an estimated delivery window of 8:38 PM to 8:48 PM. At 8:25 PM, I was notified that my order had been reassigned to DoorDash, with a new delivery time of 9:15 PM.
Concerned about the significant delay, I called the store directly to inquire about my order's status and determine if it would be faster for me to pick it up. The employee who answered, Joslyn, immediately adopted a highly unprofessional and dismissive tone. When I asked about my order, she put me on hold for nearly five minutes without explanation. When she returned, she claimed a driver was out on a delivery. When I simply repeated my question about whether the food was ready for pickup, she abruptly hung up on me.
Given her complete lack of cooperation, I drove to the store. Upon arrival, I found my order sitting on the warming rack, ready for pickup. The three employees present were not actively working; instead, they were on their phones with loud music playing. I informed Joslyn that I was the customer she had just hung up on, and she replied that she had "cleared" my order. When I reiterated that I was there to pick up my food, she called her General Manager, Anthony, who instructed her to give me the food but also told her to tell me to "never shop at this location again."
The actions of both Joslyn and the General Manager, Anthony, are a deeply disturbing. The deliberate disrespect, lack of accountability, and flagrant disregard for customer service are astounding. Read moreThis Papa John's was totally unprofessional. I ordered 2 extra large pizzas and received 2 large ones. When we called the store we politely asked the manager, Javier, what an extra large pizza consists of and he replied 16 inches which is 10 slices. Okay, well I received two 14 inch pizzas with 8 slices. We took a picture and sent it to him (which I completely understand they don't want people screwing them over so I get it) I had the receipt emailed to me that clearly shows what I ordered. And he said that he made the pizza and that he was pretty sure it was an extra large, sir an extra large is 10 slices I have 8 slices per pizza its in the picture! He didn't even try to resolve it, as a matter of fact he said that I inputted my order incorrectly. I have a receipt that says otherwise! They said they'd give me my money back and haven't heard or seen an email from them. The manager known as Javier was very unprofessional and rude and his solution to the problem was telling us we can cut the pizza. I'm not cutting the pizza that was your job. The pizza was undercooked too so I recommend that you all drive to another Papa John's or order your Pizza from another Pizza company because this store is a disappointment and I have spoken to corporate about this situation. I ordered an extra large pizza and they gave me a large pizza. ( same for the guy waiting next to me and his kid Julio) they continue by remaking the pizza correct size but incorrect toppings. Jalapeño does not sit well for the three kids in my car. I send my kids to wait in the store along with another kid Julio, now there's a dancing parade inside the location and still waiting on pizza. I talk to the manager about compensation, and he said" not at this location, we don't do that here !" I swear the manager and employees are in Cahoots stealing Papa John's Pizza as an ingredient to probably be there at themselves in the back. Then the manager says we can't give you any compensation besides that large pizza has been sold.
