Torrtia Soup did not taste like torrtia soup at all. I was very disappointed. It tasted more like chicken caldo, but w/white meat. It had big chunks of carrots, squash, & I was given a bowl of mexican rice on the side w/ option of corn or flour torrtias. That Taurinos is no Torrtia Soup. Its chicken caldo. But, because I didn't get what I asked for. I should of taken it back, but I didn't. Reason being it tasted good. The texture, & flavor was just right like chicken caldo. Taurino take tortilla soup off your menu until you find the recipe for it. The drinks as for tea was good. My daughter order Red Flash It tasted like roach droppings mixed in the drink. Make sure your staff clean the soda machines & take off the nobs & sanitize them with a cap of bleach & water before & after y'all open & close. The glasses must cleaned & kept in a sanitized area.Free from roaches & droppings. Call exterminator. The Red Flash did taste nasty. It wasn't flat. It had a roach taste to it. We send back the drink after I tasted the red flash. I know this can be corrected. I am your regular customer so this was the first time we experienced something unpleasant. The drink was definitely nasty. So, we got a big red in a can instead.SERVICE was good. Place was definitely kept up. Taurino you have good staff. Treat them well so we can continue to get good service. Correct the issue i mentioned quickly. If it happens again. You will lose me & my family as customers. Plus, I will tell Facebook, friends, and family member's....

I’m 21 I’ve been coming here since I was 11 years old. Today I called in an order to pickup, and that’s exactly what I did I picked up my order and went home to enjoy! But it so happens to be that my order was wrong… no big deal! Human error is only natural nothing to be upset about! I called to let them know and instead of an easy fix, I was met with the worst customer service ever which completely SHOCKED me because I have been coming here for YEARS. I was token back because I asked for was 3 bean and bacon tacos… that’s it. They gave me three bacon and egg tacos and I hadn’t token a bite why couldn’t we Simply exchange the tacos and then give me the ones I paid for? Not to mention they forgot my hamika but told me that I was given a drink. So I was told if I wanted my bean and bacon tacos I would have to come back and buy them and also that my drink was given to me even when it wasn’t. I don’t know what kinda customer service this is or when they started servicing people like this but sad to say I will not be returning. I don’t even write reviews but they didn’t care when I called so now I’m just giving a heads up to anyone else who may think about...

Update: we decided to give this place another try and boy I was not disappointed. Everything was delicious and cooked hot and fresh. The chicken fajita tacos were out of this world. My husband said the bean and cheese are top 3 in all of San Antonio and he is always looking out for the best bean and cheese. He also got a picodillo taco and it was cooked to perfection and delicious. This was definitely a 5 Star experience and their sweet tea was so good. Thank you for a wonderful experience

We tried this place on Thursday. The restaurant was very clean. The waitress was so nice. The only complaint I have is my husbands picadillo taco was a little rare. He didn’t eat it. The rest of the food was delicious. They have the best beans. The bacon was fresh and crispy. The tortillas were so soft. I would recommend eating here but stay clear of the picadillo tacos. The bill was $30 with tip. A nice place to grab some good Mexican food. I would give it 5 stars if my husbands taco wasn’t rare though. It could have been a fluke. Will definitely...
