Wingstop — Restaurant in San Antonio

Tonight my son and I went to have dinner at this new location. We were so excited to finally have a WingStop so close to home. We usually order to go, but tonight we decided to eat in and I’m SO glad that we did. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Isaac and several others. Isaac was so helpful at the register telling us what their specials were tonight and patient as we made our decisions. We had just finished getting our drinks and sitting down at our table when our food came out hot and made to order. The kids working there were very efficient taking orders, cooking, preparing orders, and keeping the dining area clean. When it was time to go, I was looking for the trashcan to throw away our trash and one of the employees (I wish I knew his name) who was on his dinner break offered to take it and throw it for us… and he was ON HIS BREAK! First the Manager Lucia is very rude! I am sick to my stomach over her poor customer service. This was my first and last time at this location! I would rather be inconvenienced and go out of my way to go to another Wingstop rather than back to this location! They didn’t give me my full order and messed up one order and when I called I spoke to Lucia and was headed back to pick up the messed up orders and she asked me to bring back my meal in order to receive my replacements that I never received in the first place! When I returned home the food that I did receive was cold and she refused to replace anything when it was their mistake to begin with. I hope everyone reads all the poor reviews towards the manager and chooses a different wingstop to visit that provides better customer service. Decided to order wingstop for my birthday but decided to cancel since my parents told me last minute we were gonna eat out at a different place for my birthday. Called wingstop to cancel my order and they said that the refund would be there in 2-7 business days. Waited two weeks and still nothing. Decided to file a dispute with my bank and now all of a sudden that the bank tries to go after them THEN they want refund my money. I also ordered from here before on another day and had ordered chicken strips but they forgot to put one of my chicken strips. I would also like to add that my dad has picked up from this wingstop before also and had said that he saw workers taking a bunch of boxes of chicken to their car and coming back inside.
