5/5. I frequently ask restaurant staff for their recommendations on what to try. Most give vague or uninspired responses. This last visit I spoke with a Jake Hernandez, he was enthusiastic and gave a perfect recommendation. I commend him for being so knowledgeable of the menu and his desire to share his thoughts.
5/5. The purpose of this visit was to allow my 3yr old to get the wiggles out and I took her to this sonic for the little play ground. It is very clean and well lit. Perfect place to take a child.
4/5. The only criticism I have for my visit was the length of time for the food to be delivered. Saying that, I was there for the play ground not the meal, so late in the day. It took 40 minutes for the food to be provided, without any complaint or desire for recompense, the meal was provided with a refund and the staff was immensely apologetic. I believe the issue was my doing, i placed the order in the stall and left my vehicle. I do not feel this is a common problem for this staff and was glad that if it did happen, it happened to allow my daughter to play on the slide, a bit longer.
Even without the refund I recommend this sonic, specifically. Good staff, clean play ground, and a great environment.

Read moreWorst fast food experience ever. I stopped at this Sonic on the way back from picking up my son from school. Pressed the button and the girl sounded annoyed. Not sure why it didn't look very busy, I proceeded to place my order. 1 strawberry shake and a kids meal for my son. Order was placed at 4:02. Drive hop girl seemed nice when she came 10 minutes later asking if I had a door dash order. I said no politely. She asked several other cars then she found the right one. Finally at 4:20 I pressed the button and asked politely if my food was still there. Just wanted to make sure the car hop didn't give it to wrong car and I was waiting for nothing. The girl on the speaker said" well what did u order. I have alot of orders right now so just wait" 2 minutes after that the car hop girls comes in very aggressive and does not say one word to me. Basically throws my food at me. I had been there long enough so I just left. I didn't drink my shake , because I had a bad feeling maybe they did something to it. Read morePulled up Sunday, Dec 10th at 11:15pm. Drive through had 3 cars including me. At first I thought the guy in front was taking forever to order, but then he peeled out clearly frustrated. When I pulled up I realized that no one was answering to take an order. When I drove past the drive through window I could see a couple of workers in the kitchen, it looked like they were dancing or something, whatever it was it was not taking or processing orders. I then parked in a stall and pushed the red button. 10 minutes and nothing. They weren’t taking any orders at all so any excuse of being overworked is a straight lie. As I was leaving the restaurant I saw a female worker walk out of the restaurant with a young male who was not wearing a uniform, laughing and smiling(probably at all the angry customers they were disrespecting) . They nonchalantly sat down at the bench by the entrance. They showed no acknowledgment of any of the customers or a care about anything. THE NIGHT MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!
