I was not able to order through the app due to it's technical difficulties so I had to order in-store. The place was somewhat clean aside from the counters having spots of residue and the walls having left over glue from previous things being posted. The menu was not very well advertised so unless you know what you want they really don't have a full menu for you to browse. The prices are a bit high compared to other pizza locations. The wait for my order was about 12 minutes and they got it wrong because they were supposed to give me two thin crust pizzas but only one was thin crust and the other was regular. Toppings on a single topping pizza are a bit light and the pizza was sticking to the cardboard box. The staff was kind and friendly and they do have plastic shields in place to assist in social distancing during Covid. Employees were working fast in the back and they were wearing proper food safety equipment. Read moreOnly 5 starts because the Italian Cheese Bread (with red sauce) is amazing and I literally can not live without it and the staff is top quality with my orders and attention to detail, however, mgmt has allowed to keep this location understaffed causing the location to place themselves “unreachable “ during open hours. I know this. Because I made an order online via a 3rd party delivery service and once the order was placed I had an adjustment but the store phone was not working. I called multiple times hoping to reach the employee before the items were being made and no luck. I called the next day to address this issue with Mgmt, And the employee informed me that per their Manager; they take the phone off the base during busy hours so they can work on what’s in the que. I told him that he can not place the phone off the hook because my order had an adjustment for particular food allergies and the reluctance of the employee not answering the line made the order inedible. Read moreMay 16th, 2023 I ordered a pizza and 2 liter Pepsi delivered to me. I received the pizza but not the 2 liter Pepsi. I call Little Ceasers and was told I will received a refund. That never happened. I called little ceasers several times and they're blaming Door Dash who they used for delivery. I called door dash numerous times and was told little ceasers did not give their delivery driver the Pepsi, therefore it's not their fault, and they're not refunding me. I called little ceasers numerous times they continued to not take responsibility and refund me. Shame on little ceasers, I will never but anything from them again. I paid them for a Pepsi $4.35 I never received. If I order pizza and $4.35 short on funds, they wouldn't give me the pizza, so why must pay for a Pepsi and not receive it.
