I USUALLY DON'T GIVE REVIEWS, BUT THIS TIME I AM GOING TO. I LIVE DOWN THE STREET FROM THIS FOOD ESTABLISHMENT SO MY HUSBAND AND I ARE ALWAYS HAVING TACOS ON THE GO. FOOD IS GOOD THERE'S NO COMPLAINING THERE ONE OF THE REASONS MY HUSBAND AND I KEEP GOING THERE, UNTIL TODAY! FOR SOME REASON THEY ARE ALWAYS RUDE TO US EXCEPT MAYBE ONE WAITRESS SHE IS ALWAYS GOOD TO US BUT THE REST OF THE STAFF I CAN SAY THE SAME FOR THEM. I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THE TACOS WE ESPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR, BUT EVEN THEN THAT SHOWS THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU'LL PROVIDE. WE WON'T BE GOING BACK. Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff goes above and beyond for you . Our waiter was awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The food was fresh and delicious their chicken friend chicken is the best selling dish and it was beyond expectations!!! Can’t beat the prices for an extremely well served meal. Then we also had dessert they have a variety and we chose the empanadas that were beyond delicious, the sweet register girl Karla brought us a coffee on the house because she said that’s the best way to enjoy them and she was 100% correct. The place has crawling roaches, in the back kitchen? & nobody cleans the restrooms, an there's a rat 🐀 running around in the back kitchen, an in the restaurant grounds is always trash every where people litter everywhere an don't care n show respect for the place there an also for in the kitchen where they cook on over the flat iron stove thingy is a mess so very greasy an filthy n they do try to clean where they cook on but not that really good.. & some of the people from in the back kitchen are not from here in San Antonio, Texas an mostly some of them are from Mexico 🇲🇽 an wett backs that are tryna make a living n keep the business running n...
