The drive-thru service was disappointing—we ended up getting parked for our order. At Chick-fil-A, that’s almost unheard of, except apparently at the San Benito location. The first time it happened, I brushed it off, thinking they were still new and adjusting to the rush. But on my second visit, with an even smaller order, I was parked again. More concerning, when I arrived home, I discovered that the drinks provided were not only the wrong flavors but also filled less than halfway. This reflects poorly on the quality and attention to detail that Chick-fil-A is known for. I have always associated Chick-fil-A with exceptional customer service and consistency, which is why these repeated issues at this location have been especially disappointing. I hope management will address these concerns to ensure future guests do not have the same experience.

Already off tp a bad start. The food was fine. The service and employees were terrible. I had to ask 5 times for a drink holder. How am I expected to walk out with 4 drinks and food in my arms with no drink holder? Employees look lost and don't engage with customers, they also don't seem to know what they're doing. They had to ask a manager how to find a mobile order or even take another customers order. Why have these people in the front if no one is shadowing them? Theyre was a group of teens hanging out not eating food just loitering and staring and harassing customers but none of the employees cared. Worst chick fil a experience I've ever had.

I ordered my Cobb salad online with a hot spicy filet and when they bring me my order they gave me the cold spicy filet. Went back to the drive thru so they can correct it and they kept saying I ordered the cold grilled spicy filet. This is the second time they made it wrong. Harlingen never gets my chicken wrong. Two team members came out to tell me I got the cold filet and they can’t give me the spicy filet. Then I ordered another hot spicy filet on the side and they offered to give it to me warm grilled. I ordered the breaded spicy chicken. They did end up giving me the correct chicken but the wait was longer than 30 minutes for salads!!
