Horrible experience. Got off of work, ordered a meal on the whataburger app. Got to the drive thru no one answers at the drivethru so I drive forward and the person at the window Blue tells me why did you move forward? Why didn't you wait? She was so rude. I asked for light ice I watched her fill it up with ice she hands me the drink, I tell her I wanted light ice she says she did and closes the window to get my food. She comes back to hand me the food and I go to hand her the drink I asked her to remove the ice and she refused! Then I tell her I don't want the food. I want a refund and she says because I ordered it online I can't get a refund . I tell her it's the whataburger app and she says no you can't return the food or get a refund. There were girls sitting in the lobby hanging out at 230 am. I will never go to this Whataburger again. For all I know she spit in my food. I won't be eating this meal. Horrible service. I couldn't believe how lazy and rude she was. I'm in the hospitality and service industry and I would be humiliated if she was my employee. I decide to email corporate telling them about the long hair that it was inside the patty or at least I thought and they send back an email saying that someone will reach out to me in 3 to 5 business days. Never did. So I email them again and they said the same thing and nobody ever reach to me. If corporate never reach out to me what do I expect there local restaurant would reach out to me. Maybe they think I'm making a big deal but if I feel gross with my own hair falling inside my food, I will feel more gross with other people's hair in my food. And No it was not my hair. Read moreI had gone to the Whataburger in San Benito and ordered 4 small shakes on the app .. when we got there to pick up our order, the lady at the speaker told us they had no more shakes but that they could exchange them for small fountain drinks instead... I said that was fine and asked if we were going to be refunded the difference and she said "uhh no"... I was shocked at her response and asked why not... she replied "because the shakes are small and so are the fountain drinks so there's no difference"... I couldn't believe she just told me that!!
