Disappointing to say the least. Hannah was the only positive for this visit. The second star was purely for her and her proactive problem solving skills. I can say that restaurants have changed a lot over the last couple years, but this may have been the worst experience I’ve had recently. Normally I look past it and go again later but I do not believe I will be back. We went shopping and decided to get something for dinner and thought this would be great with it having the ice cream for after. The ordering was great. Hannah was awesome! Finished the order and sat down. After the order was ready she brought it to our table. So far so good. Dispersed the food to find out one of the combos we ordered wasn’t on the tray. I went to the counter and informed Hannah that it was missing. The guy they said was Mark only said it already went out. He said this repeatedly. Hannah asked again and again and that’s all he would say. She personally went to the back and cooked the food and brought it to the table. I went to ask for the manager only to find out she was in the kitchen the whole time. At this point I have nothing to say because the manager allowed this behavior. The other 50% I am lucky if I can get a employee who speaks English. Order after order they keep getting things wrong. I chose not to say anything in the past because I wanted to focus on more positive reviews. Only this time they went to far. When I got COVID-19. I couldn't tell the difference between it and a common headache. These 4 kids were healthy and are all handling food in a effort to make money for this DQ. Yet wearing a mask while handeling others food is not a priority apparently. As the only one of these four was wearing a mask. That individual had his mask below his chin. The cook no mask no gloves. The other two no mask no gloves. Alot of elderly pull through there daily. Yet there safety is not a concern to the kids working a DQ, the management or owners. Welcome to Dairy Queen my name is Matt....May I intrest you in a churro ice cream cone. As we placed our order he said please drive up to the window and I will give you your total. When we got to the window a kind young man greeted us with a huge smile and kindness that all employees should have to make us want to keep coming back. Compliments to Dairy Queen for all their wonderful food and having such friendly employees like Matthew. I wish I knew his last name so I can say thank you for that great smile and attitude, your smile and kindness along with that wonderful churro ice cream that we wish they would sell by the pint.
