Update; On Response from the owner, That's it?!?!?! That is all you have to say??? No assurance that you will speak to your staff and train them better to assure this does not happen again to any customer. Such a dismissive response that will not hold these ineffeciant workers accountable and contiue to misrepresent this franchise. You have to do better. Not just for me but for EVERY customer these workers are abismal to.

Starting with the very young lady who has zero work ethic, does not care about her job, no people skills and no work motivation. I am at the counter, she passes by, no greeting or anything. A different night I was with my niece and we said hello to that same worker and she did not say anything at all. I recognized her it was the same worker. Anyway, back to this day, She finally comes up to the counter and still no greeting, so I have to be the first one to speak. I say "Hello, I would like this special please", I show her a picture of the special, She just looked at the monitor screen then says, "hold on let me get the manager." I figured she needed some code to access the computer screen or something that only the manager can do I guess. But then a man comes up and with his look and body launguage is already stand offish. I'm very confused at this point and HE looked confused as well. He asked what i needed. I was like, umm ok, so I proceed to order and showed him the picture and said, Hello I would like this special please. then "he asked, umm ok, so you want to order a pizza then???" I smiled and said yes, I would like this special please. Then he asked, ok but just for 1 pizza? Since there is only 1 pizza in the special I just smiled and confirmed yes. Then turns around and starts poking at the register then asks me again, so just for 1 pizza only? I say, yes sir. This time with no smile, just confusion. He stares at the monitor, then asks again, ok just 1 pizza? I didn't answer only looked as to see if he is ok or on drugs or what is happeneing. He asked that like 5 times like dude wth are you just messing with me??? Then finally, He starts to take the order that took forever to finally comprehend 1 large pizza, 3 toppings. That is it. Then he said it again out loud, "ok so just 1 pizza what are the toppins did u say sir?" as this was the third time i told him the toppins, i feel disrespected and as if he is toying with me. Anyway, finally get the order in, like 30 minutes later the ditzy girl comes back and asks what my order was again, I didn't want to explain all of that agian so I show the reciept and as she goes gets it, APPARETLY THE PIZZA WAS READY FOR A WHILE AND JUST SITTING THERE IN THE BOX THE WHOLE TIME. Got home, pizza was cold, undercooked, and NOT cut right at all, as if it was cut with a butter knife or something.

The point is, this gross and disrespectful. Lack of basic manners, work ethic, lack of basic human communication. We love our commuinty and local restaurants that we plan to frequnt. However, this continuous off putting behavious is a negative reflection to what is available to us. They represent the company and they are doing a poor representation. They are young but they are at work now, time to grow up. Time to learn HOW to work. They work at customer serivce, they need better or actual trianing on how to be with customers. Read moreI placed an order for a stuffed crust pizza with extra pepperoni, and half mushroom. I added pasta with breadsticks and had it delivered. The total was a little over $46. When the pizza was delivered, it was incorrect. It was made without the mushrooms. I called immediedetly and advised the restaurant. At first I felt like they did not believe me because the driver kept the receipt, but I told the young lady on the phone that I can see my order on the app and it is correct. So she gets my information, places me on hold then comes back and tells me they can offer me a credit that expires in 30 days. I advise the young woman that we do not eat at their location often (because we either have bad service or the food is made wrong) and I didn't want a credit that expired and asked for another resolution/offer. I was placed on hold without being advised that I was going to be placed on hold and after several minutes, someone picked up, a female said 'hello', didn't intruduce herself or offer assistnace. I dont know if I was speaking to the same person or not. I advised again that I was disatisfied with the pizza as it was incorrect and I would like to be offered something else, like a new pizza made correctly, she said no, I wanted a credit that did not expire and she said not "this is all we're offering to you, you have one month to use the credit". I reiterated: "You are trying to give me credit for soemthing that you did wrong, your mistake, something I paid full price for, with an expiration date, my payment doesn't have an expiration date, neither should my credit, you can make me a new pizza or come get the incorrect one and refund me." She raised her voice at me and said no, this was the only resolution and if I want my money back I needed to come to the restaurant to get my card credited. I told her I would take her the pizza the next day and get my card refunded, she said fine...
Read moreWorst pizza hut ever! I live in San Benito so I'm usually stuck coming here when I crave pizza hut. But now I'd rather drive a little further to Harlingen than deal with San Benito pizza hut. None of the employees are nice or friendly. Strictly just there to do their jobs. And ok sure, I wouldn't mind the unfriendly employees if they were focusing on their jobs BUT NO they've screwed up my order the last 4 time I've been there. And this last time sealed the deal for me. It was something small too. They forgot part of my order and assure me it would take 2-3 minutes to come out. Ok that's not bad. The rest of my food should be fine I won't get to cold while I wait. 20 minutes later they were finally done with what they forgot. Didn't say sorry nor any words at all just left what they forgot on the counter. Had to put my food in my own oven to reheat it. I'm done with this place.
