Baker's Drive-Thru — Restaurant in San Bernardino

Don't forget anything when you place your order because you will have to go back through the drive thru a second time!!!! Yes! Crazy... Hubby stopped to pick up dinner and he forgot one item and was told this! I will NEVER GO TO THIS BAKERS AGAIN! I called and spoke to team lead Emily and she said that's just how it is!! I asked why they couldn't charge him and park him so others don't have to wait and she said IF HE ASKED MAYBE THEM MIGHT HAVE!!! ??? HUH??? THE CUSTOMER HAS TO COME UP WITH THE SOLUTION TO GIVE BAKERS OUR MONEY??? NOPE! I USED TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AND THIS COMPANY HAS GONE DOWN HILL WITH THESE PPL WHO CAN NOT THINK OF A SOLUTION TO HELP A CUSTOMER! Now I know why we don't eat out often!!! I went to the Highland ave location by E street for taco Tuesday and was so disappointed. Bakers has fallen. The taco meat was almost non existent and was mostly lettuce. I'm not one to complain and hate to do it but this time I had to. I took the taco back to the counter and told them I think they forgot to put the taco meat in my tacos. They remade my tacos and it wasn't much different, maybe a little more cheese and tomatoes. At this point I just ate my food and left, didn't want to argue, I just won't be spending my money there anymore. And to be fair it's not just that location, it's all of them. Recently in the Autumn of 2017 they changed their menu, and destroyed their familiar menu that was very popular with it's customers. Items on the menu, popular meals where taken away while disguising raised new prices by changing the menu. All this to the dismay of loyal customers familiar to a culture that they built around their brand. Neal T. Baker would be sadly disappointed on how his restaurants are being managed if he was alive today.
