I was going to give a five-star rating to this place due to the good customer service nice and clean but after requesting a refill I changed my mind to 3 stars the reason is the person who refill my drink put her fingers inside my cup even though they wearing gloves but those gloves have touched money and many other things due to covid-19 they should more cautions especially other Carl's Jr provide you with new cups in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus.. his management needs to change the way they proceed what refills they need to stop being cheap. This place makes enough money plus it is a tax deductible anyways why they are been in cheap. Lack of training or what? I end up throwing up my refill instead .. I don't recommend getting refills on this fast food restaurant.. until they change their way of handling refills... New cups should be provide to everyone who request refills to prevent the spread of coronavirus... It is a health concern I wonder how did they pass the food cards handling or when was the last time they got inspection on...
Read moreI ordered a meal Single Angus burger no onion, lettuce or tomato large combo which i purchase at least twice a week and the meal came up to a price that I’ve paid for the double Angus $17.and change , large combo in the past. On top of that I waited 4 minutes for the order in drive thru. If I had not had my receipt from the day prior with not only the same order but also a protein wrapped Santa Fe chicken for $21 and change I may not had questioned. For a 2nd an even question if I had ordered a double Angus but upon receiving the burger it was definitely a thin single patty. The cashier was polite and even look over my receipt however he didn’t understand the difference in price either.
I drove back around to double check the price on the marquee which was also the same on the previous receipt. Maybe he pushed the wrong button but if I had been in a rush I would not have questioned.
That is a concern and in hindsight it wasn’t the first time I visited that location and the price did not match . However I had been in a rush back to the office...
Read moreI ordered two Diablo burger with two shake and two orders of jalapeño poppers a nine piece.. came out to 40 bucks.. I placed order thru app when I went to pick up my meal they couldn't make it because they didn't have poppers and they couldn't make something else either and they refuse to give me a refund ..the manager on that night was Abraham he was so rude and closed the windows while I was talking and refused to help me ... I worked in the restaurant business for 15 years and never have I ever encounter such rude and unprofessional behavior... im still calling trying to get a refund but they just keep telling they will get back to me its been a week already and still no redund or communication i even went online to reach costumer support and no ones has gotten back to me....beware do not go to this location they will steal ur money..update been a month and still nothing they message me to hear about my issue but nothing...
