Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Bernardino

This place a cheat & horrible sense of vibe from the employees. I say cheats because once i pulled up to the window they had me waiting for little, I'm guessing there numbers on there time stamp for each order where about to turn red which goes bad to the company SOOO to not look bad they took my pymnt right away & made me go further & pull up to wait for my food. There's was a green truck before me already waiting as well but OMG THEY STILL HAD ME WAITING FOR A WHILE!!! Green truck left & I been waiting much longer than the truck. I think I got lucky another order happened other wise those horrible employees that already look like they hate their job! I'm not usually impressed by Jack in the Box including this one at Mill and E St. Several months ago back. For the last week and a half I've been in here almost everyday for breakfast. The ladies that are here are wonderful. They have been courteous and helpful. An example of how helpful, I've asked before at other Jack in the Box if they would substitute beef patties for the sausage, because I don't eat pork, and the response was as though I was being annoying and was told, no they couldn't do that. So one morning when I hesitated to ask at Mill and E St. She smiled and responded positively and had it made for me. I thought that maybe she didn't understand but, no she got it right! The next day I saw someone else and she was just as helpful. I don't like to eat burgers to often but, I do like being treated with consideration. I highly recommend this particular Jack in the Box...

This its the 4 time a order at this store and they send me the order wrong or cold !! this time was my order wrong very disappointment….. i order through doordash and this is the store closest to my house that’s why I have to order here… if you can’t really make it right why you have the option for delivery I don’t get it the worst of the worst seriously i have to wait another 30 min just for 1 combo ( to the store manager or even better Distric manager please follow up with this please im seriously i got the 4 pictures of the food they give me in case you want proofs its trash they doing very bad I don’t know if they need new team members honestly because is very frustrating that they continue to do it wrong I don’t like to make complaints but i take my time cause they keep doing it wrong) 😑 do you really...
