El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in San Bernardino

Haven't been here in over 2 months and I just went and my total came out to $6.25 gave the cashier a $20 bill and RIGHT AWAY I handed her the quarter so she says she going to get my change and goes by the drive through window and comes back hands me bills with NO receipt and says: Have a good day.. she didn't hand me loose change so I counted $13- I said this is wrong, I gave you $20.25 where's my receipt and she says: ohh that's right it's missing a dollar right? and she hands it to me and then puts the receipt on the counter closer to her - I had to reach over to get it. I heard another employee call her by the name of ERNESTINA she didn't have a name badge. If she does this to 200 people SPECIALLY during lunch hour rush this woman is making money off stealing from the customers COUNT YOUR MONEY BEFORE WALKING AWAY FROM THE REGISTER- they tend to just hand you the money NOT ALL CASHIER'S ARE HONEST this woman is light complected, speaks spanish, is heavy set about 220-250 pounds about 5'2 wears heavy makeup- dark lipstick light brown hair and I believe she had light brown eye color. This is the first time this happens to me HERE because other cashier's have been honest. This certain cashier knew she owed me money she just thought I was stupid and didn't know how to count. Foods great... I love the Chicken Avocado...

Was here at about 7:30. Basically it was dark. And the sign light was off. Hard to see and find in the dark. Almost just went to place in front of it because I thought it was closed. So, in drive thu, menu light was off and I asked if they were open. Guy said yes and said wait and turned on both lights. So, some of these workers are irresponsible. The lady who takes money was rude. I asked for extra salsa and she basically shoved 6 containers of salsa at me in a go away fashion. Then they give me a avocado stuffed quesadilla without avocado in it. It was just a hollow shell of a tortilla. They're was literally an empty crevice where all the avocado was supposed to be. These workers dont care. I wouldnt go there....

What the restaurant chain offer is really good and full of choice. It serves different varieties of Mexican food and also has the same cheap $20 family combo that all chicken based restaurants. All restaurants have a salad bar for all your sauce needs, cilantro, onion, jalapenos, and pico de Gallo. This specific restaurant though, isnt the best I've been to, in fact it's probably the worst pollo loco I've found. The burritos always come out with an almost burnt or hard(really crunchy) tortilla, instead of a soft and squishy feel. Last time I went there, it gave me stomach problems. Although, the service is amazing and the food still taste great, just not as good as...
