Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in San Bernardino

Y'all owe me a "I Love Weiners" hat. I went in a week or 2 ago when you were selling the hats, asked for a hat, and was told you were sold out. The very next day I saw an employee hand a hat to the car in front of me and when I asked for a hat, I was told they're cash only. Personally I think that's illegal to deny a form of legal payment but accept it for food just because a part # is no longer in your system. And they didn't even have a manager on the premises that day. The day after that I went in again and asked for a hat and was told they were sold out indefinitely. Wack. Plus your employees are always gatekeeping the simple sauces like ketchup. Who orders a hotdog and expects to not get ketchup with it. Food is a solid 10 out of 10. But man these past experiences make it an absolute headache...

Do not dine in worst experience ever. First I was not even handed any napkins and i had to ask for ketchup after saying twice I wanted ketchup then after wanting to use the bathroom to wash my hands a lady came in from work who I asked f I can get access to the restroom she rudely told me restrooms are paying costumers only not even having eye contact just straight disrespect and so I made it clear I am a sitting customer my meal is right there she continued to ignore me and walked off i had to tell the other lady she let me use the restroom to wash my hands because I wasn't handed any napkins yes worse customer service ever I hope manager reads this and is considering who she hires these lady's were rude no manners no sense of awareness 5 stars down horrible horrible horrible I should of...

I haven't gotten food here yet so my review isn't the most valid one out there, but i have to bring this to attention. During escape psycho circus on sat 29th of October, the employee who worked that night locked the bathrooms and charged 5 dollars for bathroom usage. I'm not sure if it's the employee's selfish way of making extra cash or it's the company itself that enforced this rule. This alone causes me to not want to go back there, ever again. Just in case you are wondering...we did pay And we were also wondering how much they made that night from bathroom alone. Good money making strategy and also a good way to obtain...
