The customer service, attention to detail, and courteous attitude that Amber gives to every customer is absolutely amazing. An employee in any profession or position that is as wonderful as they are is incredibly hard to find. She pays extra attention to detail and remembers my husband and I just on what we order. She always goes the extra mile and amazes me with the attitude. I would go out of my way to visit this location because I enjoy her so much. True asset to the company.
The food is always very good and made however it is ordered. I can not think of a time that I did not get exactly what I ordered which is awesome for a drive thru. The staff is always fairly friendly and courteous. Location is always clean and well stocked. The only problem I have ever had with the location is the kiosks that they have installed to take orders. The machines don't have all the menu items so the employees still have to stop and come finish the order. Not only that but if you push certain buttons the whole order will delete and take you back to the start. Asking employees to encourage you to use machines that are going to eventually take their jobs is disgusting...

But blew me off and it took almost 10 minutes for someone to even take my order from my app. After the nice young man tried assisting me with my two free del tacos I then asked to speak to the manager. To see if I could get some assistance on helping me with the code. Instead of her actually giving good customer service and actually helping me she blew me off. And said there was nothing she could do. Del taco apparently hires anyone for managers. If you call this management the whole del taco chain needs to be reevaluated for sure! Read moreI ordered a medium #1 Del Taco combo, but my fry package was a small. (?) I asked for no ice in my drink and it was filled completely with ice, so i asked the staff member to correct it before I left. Smh. To complain to the store manager requires me to drive back, so they can give me the correct size. That would be a waste of my time when I'm going back to work and only have a 30 min lunch break. I didn't realize the fries were a small size until I went back in to my office. I also ordered 2 mini quesadillas, and those were probably the best part of my order.
