The sushi is great, but they fell short everywhere else. First, it took our waiter 10 minutes from the time they seated us to to the time they took our drink order. Took another 10 minutes to actually get the drinks.
Then, I had to ask the waiter twice how the "all you can eat" thing worked, and they were unable to explain it to me in a way that made sense to someone who had never been there before.
I order spicy ramen and a crunch roll, and my lady ordered a "volcano roll", which is the dynamite roll in most places, but their dynamite roll is different.
Ramen honestly looked, smelled, and tasted like a $.35 top ramen packet. Noodles were overcooked, bowl was half filled.. I expected it to be something like the picture in the menu.
We were also never offered a refill on our sodas, even though the cups were empty, sitting at the edge of the table..
All in all, I would go back again, but the service is not good at all. If you can bare the bad service, you're in for...
Read moreTook literally an hour and a half and we still didnât get our food.
We were a party of 5. We ordered our food at 6:30 pm. Since then, a party of 10 came in, ordered, and got their food. Numerous couples came in, ordered food, got their food, finished their food, and left. All this happened and we didnât receive our food yet. We asked numerous times if our food was coming out soon and they kept saying âyeah itâs almost ready.â
8pm. An HOUR AND A HALF went by after we ordered, and still nothing. We finally gave up and left. Time weâll never get back.
I couldnât believe it. It didnât even feel real. Who does that? Who serves so MANY other parties of various sizes before the party that came in first?
If you go here, just know itâs an absolute roll of the dice whether or not youâll get your food at all. You might have to wait an hour and a half or even more. Iâm sure the food would probably be great, but thereâs absolutely no guarantee youâll even get. Enter at...
Read moreI had high hopes for Sushi Tomo, but this was one of the worst dining experiences Iâve had in years. The fish tasted far from fresh, dull, watery, and with an unpleasant aftertaste that made me question whether it was handled properly. The rolls fell apart the moment I picked them up, and the rice was mushy and overcooked.
The service was just as disappointing. Our server seemed annoyed from the start, barely checked on our table, and acted like we were inconveniencing them when we asked for basics like extra soy sauce. The wait time for our food was far too long, especially considering how empty the place was.
The atmosphere didnât help either, sticky tables, dim lighting in a way that felt dingy rather than cozy, and an overall sense that cleanliness wasnât a priority.
For the price, the quality was unacceptable. I left feeling like I had completely wasted my money. There are plenty of sushi spots in town, and this is one I will never...
