The food was good, the service was AWFUL. First the waitress seats us with no silverware, walks away and doesn't come back to even ask me if I wanted a drink until 15 minutes later, so she takes my drink order, goes to the back and don't see her for another 15 minutes, brings my drink, but only 1 of the drinks I ordered (still no silverware) then she leaves again and she don't come back for 20 minutes this time, she comes back to take my order and proceeds to go in the back, brings out drinks and silverware for the table of young good looking guys behind me, and stands there to discuss how tired she is, and flirting with these guys for about 10 minutes. She leaves to the back comes out with my pancakes 🥞 (still no silverware) kinda throws them on the table and just walks away to the table of young gentlemen, so my husband gets up ands walks to the table that has the silverware tray on it and gets us some cutlery. We see her chatting with the gentlemen for about 20 minutes, she walks in the back and we don't see her for another 10 minutes, she then brings out my other part to my order and drops it on the table and goes to talk to them gentlemen, didn't ask me if I needed anything or a refill on my drink or anything. She never once came over to see how everything was or a thing. We waited about 20 minutes for her to bring the check but she didn't so I got inpatient and got up to head towards the exit, she gets up to the front and doesn't show me the receipt or any charges, but I had to tell her to not charge me for the toast she forgot or the toast she tried to bring me after I was done. Read moreTHE WORST IHOP EVER! DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. If there was an option to select zero for a rating, I would. This is the third and final time, I'll receive any wrong orders from this location. Dishonest managers that send paying customers on a wild goose chase because of their screw up.
When a customer places an online, it is YOUR responsibility to deliver on what was ordered the first time. It is apparent that they branch does not care about customer service or delivering a quality product. It is not a priority or this would not continue to happen over and over.
The manager on duty this morning should not be managing anything. I imagine they will encounter numerous complaints as long as this people is managing operations. I was ask to come back so they can fix their error...no credit my card immediately. Shame on you IHOP.

Read moreI would have to say that although we were seated at a table exceptionally fast ( due mostly to the fact that there were less than ten customers in the restaurant in total) .... The overall experience was a bit disappointing.... The waitress who served our table was nice but lacked any appeal beyond that. And as far as the quality of the food... I had ordered the 'Buttermilk Crispy Chicken' for $13.79 with sides including french fries and steamed broccoli.... I'll just say that the broccoli was the highlight of my whole meal because not only was my chicken breast fillets extremely overcooked therefore making every bite taste dry, crunchy beyond belief, and burnt , my fries were just the same... As if the cook took previously prepared food items that for whatever reason didn't make it to a table... Reheated the food items and served it to me as a freshly prepared meal. And if all that wasn't enough to make my meal and overall experience unremarkable... The ice cream machine was down therefore reducing our dessert selection down to one choice ... 'cinna minions'...
