Golden Dragon Chinese Fast Food — Restaurant in San Bernardino

Terrible Counter Service!!! The female is rude and stereotypes customers. I went here yesterday for food because they do serve large portions. I was racially profiled from the beginning of receiving my food. I was given a $50 VISA gift card that is accepted at all cc terminals. When I reached the counter to pay the lady says they don't take gift cards. No sign posted saying this was not an acceptable payment option. I showed here it's says Visa and she still denied. She rudelyrbegan talking to a customer behind me as I was saying I will go to my car to get another card. I returned a minute later from parking lot. She said Oh you are back I said yes I had to get another form of payment since the gift card was not acceptable. She said I threw the plate away but no problem. She walked over to begin making another plate. I told her nevermind because in a minute the first plate should not have been thrown away if you where not being ugly to African american customers.

This was not the first incident this week. My roommate came in for an interview with the same woman and she asked her what her ethnicity was before she even sat down for the interview.

I will never return to spend money in an establishment that violates so many hiring practices and treats customers...

The short Chinese lady at the front serving food was extremely rude and seemed upset just because I asked how long it would take for the orange chicken to be ready. She had started helping customers behind me without saying anything or letting me know I’d need to wait.l (tho i was patiently waiting 20min line already) When I politely asked how much longer it would be, she responded with a mean attitude and snapped that it would be five minutes, in a very uptight and rude tone.

I told her it was fine and that I no longer wanted to eat there. This was the only problem I’ve ever had coming here, but never again. This place was my last resort anyway, as their food is hit or miss. sometimes it’s greasy and gooey, and...

This place just gets worse and worse. Went for lunch and I assume there was training in progress. No big deal except the person boxing food was cross contaminating everything. THE CASHIER WAS RINGING PEOPLE UP AND GOING BACK AND HANDLING THE FOOD TOO. WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS IN BETWEEN. THERE WERE TWO PEOPLE UP THERE SO THERE IS NO REASON TO BE DOING THAT. The worst part tho is what was served. I asked for a 2 item combo. Double beef and broccoli. I'll add a picture because literaly I got 5 small pcs of beef and a double heaping of broccoli.
