I stopped by this Wienerschnitzel on a Friday evening around 7 PM, and I have to say, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the place was. Walking in, I immediately noticed that the floors were spotless, the tables were wiped down, and there was no lingering trash or spills anywhere—something you don’t always find at fast-food spots during peak hours. The drink station was also tidy, fully stocked with lids, straws, and napkins, which was a nice touch.
What stood out the most was how completely empty the dining area was. While that might have been a little eerie at first, it actually made for a peaceful experience. No loud conversations, no kids running around—just a quiet space to sit and eat. Given that the drive-thru was packed, with cars continuously pulling through, it was surprising that no one had chosen to dine in. I’m not sure if that’s the norm here, but it worked out well for me.
Service-wise, the staff seemed efficient, juggling a steady stream of drive-thru orders while still acknowledging me at the counter right away. My food came out hot and fresh, and despite the rush outside, there was no sense of chaos inside. I appreciated that my order was accurate, and the fries were crispy—not the undercooked or stale ones you sometimes get at fast food joints. They were not stingy with...
Read moreI dont know, feel like alot of these "positive reviews" are fake or made up by the restaurant. I think folks Really care about customer service an attention to detail an the fact that they aren't going to die from having a meal there. Its a lack of professionalism I guess. If the standard is set high then the quality of food will be where it needs to be and staff would be more receptive to customers, I'm not talking about like a google eyed 👀 painted smile look either. I'm talking about like a genuine warm "welcome to our restaurant, no we aren't going to drop your bread on the floor in the back an still give it to you." type of feel. This used to be the only Tier 3 restaurant in the area that gave "In and Out Burgers" Tier 1, some real competition. I remember it used to be PACKED Friday nights after hitting Hollywood video, or after school. Then homeless an destitute started setting up shop in the trees next to the freeway entrance, all the restaurants in the area started hiring lazy staff, across Carls Jr. now only serves sloppy food, I think the staff nowadays do more complaining than...
Read moreI live literally across the street from this location. The cooks do not use gloves when preparing meals. I witnessed a cook lick his fingers before wrapping the food, using his saliva as a sealer to keep the wrapped food from unwrapping. A few different cashiers have nonchalant attitudes, it seems as though they feel as if they do not need to smile, look you in the eyes or say hello and thank you. You buy a meal that costs $5.80 and you give the cashier $20, the cashier gives you your money and receipt an walks away. When instead "Your change is $14.20 Thank you", would be much appreciated or even counting it out on their discretion.
I am a costumer I walk in to purchase a meal, instead the manager asks me if I could come over and help loosen a bolt on the ice cream machine, odd request. I help and hurt my hands struggling with it for a few minutes, she paces back an forth wanting me to hurry up so no one sees, and afterwards I still paid for my meal, but she gave me a free banana. I think these employees need to either be strictly evaluated an monitored by the RIGHT supervision...
