John's Burger — Restaurant in San Bernardino

You definitely get what you pay for here SMH.. My burger patty was crunchy, and I showed the guy at the counter, and asked him if it was supposed to be cooked this way. All he kept saying was "Well done". There's a difference between well done and beef jerkey. My 11 year old son offered me his chicken sandwich so I could eat, but of course not! I knew there would be no new burger to be cooked, so I didn't bother to ask and sucked it up. Even the one girl that was cooking everything during a lunch hour, said that's how it's cooked 🧐🤔 I see people posting pictures on here, and their patties look nothing like mine did. Quick service, not casual, I understand; however, there should be some kind of standard. The girl can't cook, and the guy in the front needs to be replaced. Maybe he's the owner? He's already going bald and he looks 10 years younger than me. Horrible, just horrible. I'm not sure how this place has over 4 stars. What are people smoking in that area?...

First off, CASH ONLY I decided to try this place because I was craving hot French fries with ranch and this place popped up on my Google Maps. There were two sweet little ladies inside who took my order and made my food with a swiftness! I didn't realize when I walked in that they only take cash, but I'm glad I had some on me. This burger joint has been in San Bernardino for a very very long time. Let me tell you it does not disappoint. For a great price you can get a burger fries and a drink. Fresh grilled juicy hamburger with some delicious crispy hot fries. I love it it’s making my mouth water writing this review!
