KFC — Restaurant in San Bernardino

I would love to of said my 1st visit here would of been a Positive Review. But that was Absolutely NOT the case. We have a Closer KFC off Sterling / Highland Ave. But considering this a Newer Establishment, We decided to give it a try. Because the above KFC ( Highland /Sterling) has Definitely Lost the Apperance and Quality of there food & Not to Mention thier Customer Service. Anyhow, back to this KFC ( 9th & Waterman ) it literally took over 1/2 hr from the point we ordered to the point we received our food in the Drive-tru, Although I will admit the gentleman at the register did say he Mixed up some orders. That was not the worst part of our Visit. We got home and our chicken literally looked like it had been sitting around longer the holding times aloud to serve , we ordered Original Recipe Chicken. The skin was rough ( NOT FRESH AT ALL) and the worst part, as I was Bitting down on my Chicken, thier was a Females Long Hair in my Food!! ( Picture Included ) This was Totally Gross & Discusting!!!! It definitely killed my Appetite . This will Definitely be our 1st & Last visit here. So! Now we have 2 KFC's in our area that we we will not visit. That's just sad! And we Love KFC. Omg if I could give this place a 0 stars I would. This afternoon I witness something so disgusting. I was paying for the food and the girl at the drive thru was wearing gloves so she takes my money with the gloves then she goes and grabs a bag to put on a container, She sticks her hand with the same glove she touched the money and then gets the stuff she and puts it in with a spoon at this point I witnessed everything she had done wrong. I got the managers attention that was there talking to her about idk what and i asked her what she was going to poor in the container and she told me it was CORN. I tell her what I witnessed and she just said oh I'm sorry thank you for telling me. Is this how they gets trained that's disgusting. I still took my food but I think it was a bad idea I got a stomach pain. She had told me u want ur money back like lady is not asking is giving it back for this BIG MISTAKE your worker did. First time to this new KFC at ninth and Waterman. I was so happy that one was finally established near my daughters place. I had tried to order a two piece dark meat combo only to be told that they were out of all dark colored sodas and didn’t have any original recipe chicken. So I ended up getting two crispy pieces of the dark meat chicken ala cart and a side of coleslaw. The chicken was perfect and I loved it. Now for the bad part. I don’t understand how these KFC establishments run out of the very things that people want to order, i.e. a regular Coke and original recipe chicken. I ended up being charged for the original two piece combo even though I didn’t get any drink with it. So I’m giving three stars because the crispy recipe chicken was cooked beautifully and I got a biscuit with it also.
