La Michoacana — Restaurant in San Bernardino

Never coming back here again. Im currently pregnant and have went multiple times and each time I go it's the same thing with the rude girls. Today was the last straw. I asked to try an icecream and i politely said thank you but I'll acually go for another icecream. My husband ordered tostilocos and i orderer regular potatoe chips with tapatio and they took our food to the back and all the girls went . Then we payed and ate there and my husband & I are huge fans of chile. I eat tostilocos all the time I LOVE chile but for some reason i was choking on my chips from the heat and my husband with his tostilocos and as soon as i was coughing and drinking my husbands drink all the girls where dying of laughter . I thought maybe they are just laughing talking about something else and maybe its just in my mind but they where laughhing and looking at us and where lauguing and pointing at us as we where leaving . We went to our favorite place today for icecream and we are very disappointed! Straight to the point... La Michoacana has a bad roof leak. It looks like the owner is patching it up and not replacing the entire damaged area that looks to be covered with black mold.

That stuff is bad for you! As soon as you walk in, it has that horrible smell. Not good for any business specially for one that serves food to the public. We paid for our icecream and went outside to eat it.

I don't need my kids breathing in that mold. I feel bad for the ladies that work in there all day. They are breathing in all that nasty stuff all day.

The place is ok, they're not the nicest, but not worse,they don't acknowledge their customers when they come in. I got tostilocos, a small strawberry ice cream, and a canned coke, my son got, Esquite in a cup and a strawberry water. Pros-the prices are good, The place was mostly clean The food was alright not bad but not the greatest,the amount they serve is really good.
