Mr. Burger — Restaurant in San Bernardino

8/22/2025 Slightly after 6pm HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!!! RUDE CASHIER BAD ATTITUDE NOT GOOD AT ALL !!!!! I walk up to the window I ordered a #1 which I had to repeat multiple times because he claims he can't hear me but im speaking clearly. I proceed to tell him I did not want sauce on my burger I prefer the packs of mayo, mustard and ketchup on the side . After waiting over 10 minutes I finally receive my order and it has no lettuce or tomatoes AT ALL! Also when I reminded the other young man that he forgot to give me my milkshake he closed the window and went to doing other things TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT THE MILKSHAKE JUST THAT FAST AND STARTED DOING OTHER THINGS I HAD TO REMIND HIM AGAIN !!!! I drove all the way home before realizing the burger had no lettuce or tomatoes . When I returned and spoke with the cashier who was also was working drive thru he had the nerve to have an attitude! HOW ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE WHEN YOU AND YOUR STAFF ARE THE PROBLEM. Finally they remake and give me my burger BUT THEY FORGOT MY FRIES!!!!!! I had to remind them once again how forgetful can people be? When I return the 2nd time there was a lady complaining that her order was mess and incomplete also. The burgers are good but way too much lettuce you could make a side salad with all that lettuce. In N Out would never mess up or have bad attitude like this place. I will to continue going to In N Out instead, another lady said the same thing. Horrible experience I'll never go...

Heard alot about this place from locals and decided to go and check them out first thing is the place is nice and clean and menu is nice not too many items and great value as far as pricing. I’ve heard the in n out similarities but I feel they have their own style. I ordered two double cheeseburger meals and a chili dog. The chili dog was very good and good quality . The burger tastes pretty good fresh quality ingredients and good value . Their fries are thin fries similar to Freddie’s steak burger or Steak ‘n Shake. Very good natural cut fires mine were fresh and fried perfectly. The things I disliked was the sauce . It’s 1000 island salad sauce than an actual burger sauce or spread. I also wished they had an option for pickles and grilled onions . I was also a little upset seeing the receipt and being charged for peppers and 1000 island dressing I got two cups of each came out $2.70 for sauce and chili peppers. That’s the cost of a burger .The employee didn’t even say it was an extra fee which threw me off once I got home. Overall...

I stopped by today to try this place out and I was not disappointed. I apologize about it being long I love being detailed. FOOD: The food was good i got the Mr. Double combo with no cheese and large coke and substituted the fries for chili cheese fries. I burger to me was just that a basic burger but it was good. To me the star was those chili cheese fries they were in my opinion really good ill was honestly surprised. I will definitely be getting those again. SERVICE: The service was great Carmen helped me out and she was a delight. There are just some people who are just meant for customer service and shes definitely one of them. She's got an amazing friendly personality and even if she doesn't like being in customer service she fooled me lol. She just right away was very welcoming absolutely A+ to her. ATMOSPHERE: I went thru the drive thru so I cant say much but the atmosphere in my opinion ties back to that customer service keep up the good work you guys I cant wait to see your lines...
