Celebrities Sports Grill — Restaurant in San Bernardino

I was at this place last night 8-25-2023. I had the worst experience in my life at this place... I have been there more than once and I thought I was assuming that I was being treated a different way until last night, my return back and I paid close attention to the bartenders and how they treated others versus myself..... The lady that Bartenders there she dated a black male as well as the tall slim white guy with a little hair on chin these two are like tag team they were helping others and serving them with no problem getting them out the way... I literally waited at the bar 35 minutes the lady continued to pass me by even after me calling her for help with service she ignored me literally. Then the guy walks up he looked at me and passes me by so I asked him is it possible that I could a drink. No help but says let me get these folks then I'll be back to you.... I finally get my drink finish I come back to get another I waited 20 minutes before being served after being served I begin drinking my drink went to my table called the waitress for an order.... I placed my order with this Young lady whom is black and I NEVER received my food. When I finally approached the waitress about my food she tried to say I wasn't at my table then I asked her if I could place the order again. And she told me it's too late the kitchen is closed now.... I'm like huh.... She smiled and said yeah as I continued my drink I'm beginning to feel woozy I take myself to the ER my diagnosis was some type of substance was placed in my drink...... I would like to know who can I speak to in regards of my experience as well as if the owner is doing anything about how his employees are treating the customers..... I would like to report this business because this isn't ok for those that come there to enjoy a descent meal and a...

Ordered two beers got was told they were $10 for Happy Hour got charged $39- I figured they decided to tip themselves so I didn't add on to a tip after getting a double charge. The next day they added another $10 for a total of $49 for TWO BEERS! I guess they really don't have a happy hour! I wasn't going to leave a review after after speaking to Brenda!, she told me I was charged for my boys order. After seeing this is common practice, and I got played like boo boo da foo, gotta leave a review for those who actually read these prior to visiting any establishment. Wishing I would have done so prior to popping in! I don't think they like out of towners. Everyone seemed nice and cool when we were there. Don't think they like repeat business or want customers to have a good experience and come back to be repeat customers. Funny thing was the regulars and staff was telling us how this was the best place in town! If this is the best, Ima just buy beer from the store next...

We got here and right off the bat customer service was great. The waitress was personable and friendly. The whole restaurant had a great atmosphere.. The reason im giving a low rating is because of the food not being good which is why i was there. Ordered medium steak. And it was burnt and dry. The exterior of the steak tasted like burnt grill or stovetop. They might need to clean it because the bread that it came with also had that same taste.

Also the fries being well done is an understatement. We asked the waitress for the baked potato option instead and she was happy to being It to my S/O.

As for my plate. I ordered the Americano burger. HUGE. It was great other than the french fries being also over done dry. Im suspecting they were old. But thats just me.

Im glad i didnt pay full price and bought a groupon code before going inside because paying 40 dollars for burnt meals would have...
