To Whom It May Concern,
I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience I had at one of your Subway locations.
When I walked in, I politely asked if I could use the restroom. The employee, who had visible facial tattoos and a smug expression, responded by asking if I planned to buy something. I explained that I would purchase a bottle of water but really needed to use the restroom first. She insisted that I pay before she would give me the restroom code.
I expressed my frustration and told her I’d pay first, though I found the policy unreasonable. She then made a sarcastic comment along the lines of, “I don’t just let people walk in and use the restroom,” in an extremely rude tone. I replied, “When you’ve got to go, you’ve got to go—especially at my age.” She then charged me $3.09 for a bottle of water before even allowing me access to the restroom.
This behavior was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service, and frankly, I’m offended. I will not be returning to this Subway—or any Subway—after this experience. If this is the kind of employee that represents your brand, I seriously question the overall standards being upheld, including in food...

I have been to plenty of Subways. I don't really live near this location. Buy my father and I were just passing through and decided to take in dinner here.
I'm so glad we did. Let's start with the food. We both had tuna on 9 grain I've had it at many Subway locations but this was, for some reason, the best. The veggies where crisp and and obviously fresh, and the tuna was excellent. Great sandwich ! But what made our visit even more outstanding was the service. Our server was delightful. Cheerful, personable, and helpful. I asked her name as I left and, I hope I get this right, she said Alexis. She should be commended on her great service. And finally, the dining room was extremely clean, well stocked, and one of the best designed Subway I've ever been to.
Like I said, my dad and I were just passing through, I don't know anybody who works there, don't know the manager, but if I'm ever out that direction again I'll make sure I stop in again, no doubt.

Read moreTerrible experience and apparently they do not even have managers or supervisors there haha what a joke. The customer service is rude and the food is low quality. Had to fight one to get a foot long cookie which they said they were out and I pointed to the sign saying its back! It was burnt. Bread was dry, I asked to melt cheese and toast some meat in the oven and they didn’t. Brown lettuce soggy tomatoes combined with nasty workers, this place obviously is full of high school drop outs who have no idea what they want to do and are miserable. If there is a manager, you need to reevaluate the work force! I already filed a complaint...
