Still Rustically fun!! Sometimes with the exception of kareokee nights ( Tues, weds, Fri) It's as though they forgot how to treat loyal customers. The employees have their own clicks and make it obvious. When they no longer want your patronage rumors and gossip are not beneath them. Pool tables constantly take your money and when you let the btender know its like you were asking them for something on their day off. ( i have called the company that is listed for repairs) No answer or returned messages) yes no longer $1 a game $1.50 is what you'll find at all local taverns) Very unprofessional.. employees and others drinking while working. While I'm not against it, it should be in moderation. Advertised dinner specials are becoming nill. Quite often one is told that only the fryer is in use. Kinda funny when the cook is seated in the dinning room with drink in front of him and by the slim eyelids one could obviously tell more beverages had already been consumed. I personally don't like that your tab is not itemized. I've ordered the same exact items consecutively each having different Totals. This bothers me for my parents used to bring us kids with them for dinner. Guess everything changes.. but, why...

Perfect place for the narrow minded residents of the area who don't get out much. A local dive bar that is not very welcoming to outsiders.

There really isn't a decent watering hole in the North End. Don't come here expecting to make friends you will just get ignored by the regulars and the wait staff.

Staff is Ignorant and more than likely a tad bit racist. Old school North End good ole folks that are more than bitter that the area is now diverse.

If this dump was around in the late 70's and early 80's I am sure back then it was the epitome of the area. Wonder if they had square dancing in the parking lot, while Jethro...

Food was surprisingly good for the price. One beer and a rib eye steak for $16. Waiter was nice and attentive. Cool atmosphere, they were playing good music, wasn't to crowded at 6 pm on a Thursday. Only hiccup was their Credit card machine, 2 of my friends had 3 of their cards declined, also they don't take American Express. We worked it out since I had cash, but if you come on a date and your card gets declined it can be embarrassing, especially since your account has funds.
