I'm a regular Starbucks customer and routinely visit the same few locations near my home and my office. Today, we visited this Daniel's and Palomino location because we were in the area. Placed a mobile order for pickup in the store. This was a horrible experience! I checked in at the counter. There were numerous drinks and food items scattered about the counter. I was told by the manager herself to look on the counter and find my name on my items. Numerous individual items, were all thrown about in disarray as customers, including myself, had to search through other people's items to find our own. Our food items and drink items were not even grouped together! When I got to my car, my wife and I found not only that some items in our order were incorrect (yes my name was on them), but the food was COLD and the drinks were luke warm at best. I paid way too much for the order for it to be so substandard! I know this is not typical Starbucks quality of service or product. We were refunded our money by Corporate Office, and I will continue to be a loyal Starbucks customer. But NEVER will I visit this...
Read moreI'm not a coffee drinker, and was just here to meet a friend. I know Starbucks has a great reputation and looked forward to seeing what was there that I might like. The place was quite busy with people coming in and out. Most did not stay to eat or drink what they purchased. Almost all in line took it to go. The funny thing is that all the smaller tables were occupied by people with backpacks and small computers set up on the tables. These people did not budge the whole time we were there. There was a large conference table with a dozen or so empty seats that we used one end of the long table The menu was almost entirely coffee products, but fortunately they did have unsweet tea available. The tea was quite expensive and when it came time for a refill, it wasn't free, which is customary at most restaurants. Also, I wasn't interested in the limited snacks they had available to eat. One day a girl working there got irritated with me because she didn’t hear me when I said iced and kept talking over me when I was trying to order. Today I did a mobile order and came in to pick it up instead of saying my name or anything like they usually do a woman behind the counter just throws and empty cup on to the pick up spot and walks away. I see it has my name and all it reads is “out ask barista “ so I grab the empty cup and try to ask her and she ignores me. After changing the order with a different barista and waiting a few minutes the same girl the try’s to give the drink to someone in the drive through. It’s a tough job and I get things are hard to keep in stock but you never know what kind of service you are going to get with this Starbucks.
