Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in San Carlos Park

Sent my bf to get me a strawberry beach smoothie with extra yogurt and they tried telling him they don’t have it and made it complicated as hell and a big ordeal 1) I’ve been ordering it for over a decade 2) no its not on the main menu but y’all have a separate section on ur pos that has the retired menu items and recipes too. But either way I’ve never had an issue with ordering a damn simple strawberry smoothie with extra yogurt. That’s what a strawberry beach is. Raspberry beach was a favorite too. so y’all whack and I know managers have access to the retired menus and recipes too lmfao. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a tropical smoothie. I had ordered a tropical chicken sandwich but in a wrap with no tomatoes. I’m allergic to tomatoes and I told the guy at the register to make sure. I’ve never been to a tropical smoothie where they chop us the tomatoes in little pieces. I opened my wrap when I go home and it was completely torn apart like someone just threw it together. I was in a hurry so I did a quick look and didn’t see any tomatoes. After a couple of bites my throat started itching and I looked and it’s filled with tomatoes, luckily I live by a CVS so I could get some Benadryl. Worst experience we've ever had at a TSC. My wife ordered an Avocolada smoothie and it tasted terrible. She's had this smoothie several times in the past so she let them know it didn't taste right (actually tasted horrible) and questioned what ingredients were used. The smoothie also had way too much ice. She was told it was made correctly and received no offer to replace the smoothie. Horrible customer service! Overall, the girls behind the counter seemed very disorganized on orders ahead of us and one girl used a curse word related to one of those orders. We will never be back to that specific TSC location.

7/2/21 Update: I contacted Tropical Smoothie as they suggested in their reply to my review - NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!! I'm rethinking whether I'll ever visit ANY Tropical...
