I wish I could give this location a -5 star score, but only because of tonight. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because Bill saved the night after what sounds like a horrific experience for him and his team. He went above and beyond to make sure I remained a Domino's customer. The review below is what I left on the Domino's website after the order was placed and completely messed up:
The delivery tracker is incorrect? So Domino's is falsely advertising the timing of my order? I expected my food to be here by now. I mean, that's what the delivery tracker says. "We hope you're enjoying your meal." What meal? It must have been lost in a void somewhere. I hope the delivery driver is ok seeing as to how he lied about delivering my food and saying he called me. Who do I blame? The store, the tracker, or the driver? I'm thankful that Jake was able to solve my problem. I was told my order would be here by 8:30pm when I called. As that was my hour max. It is now 8:50pm and my food isn't here. The delivery driver said he called me but he lied. I've never heard of a delivery driver not following through. I didn't know that really existed. I have received deliveries here several times and have never had an issue. Jake was very courteous and assisted me to the best of his ability. But there's more! Yea right? There couldn't be more. My order arrived and it was half of my order. They didn't even get the order right. I will be driving to pizza hut. Please review your calls from this night. This is ridiculous.

We called the store and the clueless person working said he didn’t see anything of our orders. We asked to cancel, but obviously they charged us anyway because when we checked out bank statements this morning there were six transactions from Domino’s last night. We called the manager this morning who was also rude and clueless and wouldn’t reverse the charges. We had to call our bank to file fraudulent charge complaints and now we have to get a new card because of this mess. Read moreThis dominos pizza is a real hit or miss. Either pizza is good and everything is done correctly or I get this piece of unflavorful lack luster almost burn pizza. I don't know if it depend on who is working at the time but on this pizza you can not taste the BBQ sause that I choose instead of tomato sause. The pepperoni is extremely grease.
