If you are of the third wave coffee persuasion, then this is a spot for you. Light roasted, single origin coffees brewed by pour over and an espresso bar with classic drinks like the cappuccino and cortado.
I tried the pink bourbon, which is a columbian coffee, black and hot. The roast was spot onâ no ashy taste. But the thing that was most impressive was that the coffee gave me a strong impression of grapefruit and bitters (like jasmine tea or, interestingly, a Negroni). The coffee is light, acidic, and finishes with dark chocolate notes.
The baristas were quick and helpful, having both of our drinks out in under 5 minutes.

   Read moreFor those looking for just a cup of coffee, stay away. Overpriced and pretentious. Waiting nearly 20 minutes for a TEN DOLLAR black cup of drip coffee. Had to ask for cream and sugar and was told to try the coffee before adding anything⌠Only sugar option was some syrup (assuming agave based on the experience) and the cream instantly curdled in its entirety because the coffee was so overbearingly acidic. No place to sit, space can fit maybe 5 people without feeling crowded.
Donât want to diss this place too hard, itâs obviously super popular but maybe go for a latte...
