I don’t usually write bad reviews and I do like this homegoods but a couple times the staff has been rude and incompetent, I went to return THREE things I had purchased and the young cashier woman with the dark hair and cleft chin was acting like I was such burdening her so much (oh no! you have to do your job) it wasn’t taking very long at all because it was only three items, and the only reason it took a little longer is because she made a mistake I had to correct her on, and she looks over to the line and says “you’re not in a rush are you?” As if she’s asking for me to wait for her to check out all of the other people in line?? I told her yeah, because like why would I wait? As if I’m not a customer anymore because I’m returning something? And she acted so stressed and asked a coworker to help her, like girl if you just focused on the small 3 items I was returning and just finished it you would be done! The other cashier didn’t even finish helping one person by the time she was done with my returns it was just an entire drama fest for nothing. And to ask me to wait after waiting my turn just because there was a line behind me? Like what? Whoever is in charge of hiring and training at this location needs to be replaced because what...
