Los Mares Plaza — Local services in San Clemente

I've been coming to this place for years (inconsistently) when I'm in the area. I can always count on good quality fish. Servers are friendly and native Japanese speaking. Had the aji (spanish makerel) and it was very fresh and tasty. Hamachi (yellowtail) was good and that is my marker of quality sushi. Halibut special was tasty. Nice sauce. This plaza offers a different variety of restaraunts, offices, a movie theatre, and other assorted businesses just like the Oceanview plaza across the street. The Parking lot does not suffer from the same problems as OVP, but there are definitely far less places to park, but the design makes better sense.
