Horrible Service Very Rude Cashier. First Of All When You Are Greeting Someone By Saying Yeah In A Rude Tone. Instead She Could Have Said Hello How May I Help You Or What May I Get For You Today? Also When I Asked If They Still Had The Supreme Pizza She Just Said Very Rudely Nooo!!! She Could Have Said Unfortunately We Are Not Making Them At This Time Due To Covid-19. Sounds Better Doesn't It? I Am Not A Person To Complain At All. I Wasn't Going To Say Anything Until Next The Guy That Wraps The Pizza Just Tossed The Pizza Towards The Window, The Pizza Wasn't Even Cover Right So The Pizza Was Touching The Metal. Were Everybody Touches To Grab Their Stuff. With That Being Said I Hope You Can Teach Your Staff A Bit More Manners On How To Treat Your Guest. Called ahead to pick up a pizza at 5PM. I knew I had to wait but man the food court is really disorganized. We waited in line and went to pay. The lady went to check if our pizza was ready and it was. We paid for it along with other food. We were told to move to the next window where we would get our food. We moved to the next window and got our churros and chicken bake but no pizza. We weren't told to move to the pick up window for pizza so we waited. We were told to move along but we didn't know where to go. We were finally told to go to the pick up window. There we waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged at which point the pizza that should have been handed to us 15 minutes prior was now cold. We drove home and eveything was cold and had to be reheated. The food is always good but the person name Dianna on the pick up line today was terrible. I came to pick up my food since it was ready. The girl on the kiosk line even said it was ready. So I went to Dianna for pick up and she told me 20 more minutes. But I could see my order ready right beside her. I said ok fine and waited 20 mins. When I went back to her she said there’s an hour wait time right now. No explanation at all to what happened to my food. Just told me 1 more hour and walk out on me.
