It's Taco Bell 🔔 Substandard tacos for cheap, but Taco Bell has done for Maxican food what McDonald's did for hamburgers. You get what you pay for most of the time.
I was a walk-in, so it's not really an issue of wait. The "hey, there's a customer doorbell is annoying, but it doesn't keep going like some places I've been. The young lady at the counter was pleasant and has a basic understanding of customer service. She knew her product and rang up the correct food despite me calling items differently. Food ordered, nothing to do but watch the crew. The cashier very quickly turned her attention to cleaning and tidying up the main service area, so my attention turned towards the prep line. I took note of the young man at the end of the line, who looked like he would much rather be at home taking a nap than working. He had a certain air about his that said he wished he was elsewhere. Judging by the way he slapped the food around, it shouldn't take too long for him to get his wish. I watched the crew until my food was ready, at which point this young man called my name and when I replied, threw my bagged purchase the last 3-4 feet onto the counter so that it slid out to me. I had ordered a drink with my food, and without looking at the order to see what type of drink, just grabbed a drink cup and placed it on the counter, rim down. Without a word, he turned around and walked away... Luckily, the cashier girl had noted the entire interaction, walked past me, looked at me, smiled, and said, "You had ordered the _, right?" Grabbed the correct cup and got me the correct drink.
So, all in all, not anything more or less than you would expect from a fast food chain. They have good employees and those who don't have a clue. The food is better than cardboard with Ketchup, but that has nothing to do with the employees, they are doing the best they can with what they have...
Read moreI wish there was a negative star option just for this place. I loathe this Taco Bell. I’ve lived in a lot of different places; specifically speaking different States and this is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and will never go to again. I feel badly even posting this review but I’d rather someone else not waste their money, time, or gamble on this location. Maybe it’s just us but our experience here has been horrendous. We ironically, now un-ironically, have a running joke that goes a little like this ‘let’s see how bad they messed up the food this time’ in hope that we’d be wrong and the order would be good for once. It never ever is. From crushed food every time, to wring orders, to Taco shells that taste like 100 day old fried oil, to 4 trips to get an order right this place had been an absolute nightmare. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t upset, Taco Bell holds a special place in my stomach. But at this point I’m just absolutely done with this location. I’ll be happy to make the trek to the other side of town to get a decent experience and services. And NO. I don’t want anymore of your free Taco vouchers. I just want my order, and I...
Read moreI placed a mobile order right before getting to the drive thru, then waited about 15 to 20min to get to the drivethru window where they said my order was not ready and I needed to pull around. So I pulled around to where she pointed and waited in my car, noticing people picking up food from a little window in the door. The person in the drive-thru said nothing about this. There were no marked spots to park in for waiting for food like other fast food places have so I got out of the car and heard someone at the window call my name with my food. It had not even been a minute since I was just at the drive-thru window Not sure why they had me pull around and get out of my car to retrieve my order especially after they had at least 15min to prepare 5 items. Food was as you would except it. It's taco bell and is pretty much the same anywhere. Service - Slow and unhelpful. Then again, it is a pandemic and this is a fast food establishment at 1130pm. You do the math. And now I'll never get this 5min of writing back...
