Cotija's Taco Shop — Restaurant in San Diego

I've read the reviews both positive and negative but figured it was worth a shot. The restaurant is nice and clean, very tidy. They had music blaring when I walked but turned it down once they saw there was a customer. The person at the cash register took my order without being very friendly but she wasn't unfriendly either. Certainly not warm and welcoming. Of course the food is what really matters. It was okay. I had rolled tacos and a quesadilla and both were tasty. Pretty irritated that ingredients I paid extra for were missing including some the burrito normally comes with. The meat tasted alright, just dry and served with a side of disappointment. They got the other item in my order completely wrong. Not going back, not worth the drive. But neither was the 30 dollars I just spent on a mediocre, dry meal. The order wasn't complicated. All I wanted was eggs beans cheese and hashbrowns in my burrito. But the girl working the register told me that she would have to charge me for a burrito I wasn't even ordering plus an extra to add beans to it. I don't understand why I can't substitute the meat for beans. Why do you have to charge me extra. I just left and went to another taco shop. This place blows.
