I recently just tried out crumbl for the first time not too long ago. I was never really drawn to it until the Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Fruit Pizza, Oreo Cheescake, and more called my name!! I purchased a 3 mini bundle and fell in love as i knew i would. A few days later i went back I ordered from this location and waited 2 very long hours for the 6 mini bundle. The app had said I was second in line for almost 30 min so my boyfriend decided to go in and check on our order. He came back and we had three cooked that were incorrect. He told me that the associate told him they were out of cinnamon toast crunch and would give us a replacement cookie and also gave us a coupon for a free single cookie. To begin the box was not even gift wrapped like we had paid for. They had gotten 3 cookies wrong and not just 1 and the box was really dirty and messy on the inside and outside especially. I was really upset considering we had waited 2 hours for what to me felt like nothing and totally not worth it. I decided to go back and speak to an associate and I waited a long time because the employees were simply not acknowledging my presence. Finally I spoke to someone and just asked if could please have a refund bc my order was wrong. The guy called over a woman and i explained to her that unfortunately 3 cookies were wrong and we didn’t get the gift wrap we paid for. She then responded “well as far as I know it was only 1 but ok” in a very rude and disrespectful manner. I kind of just was in shock but followed her to the register. They was she spoke and her body language was just very disrespectful and disgusting to say the least. I have not returned since. It was very disappointing to have waited so long all for nothing felt like a total...
Read moreI visited Crumbl Cookies because it was conveniently located near my other errands. They have a system with three touchscreen kiosks for placing cookie orders, as their business model minimizes direct customer interaction aside from handing you the cookies. If you prefer not using technology for orders, be prepared to adapt. My main reason for visiting was to grab the corn bread cookie, my personal favorite.
When I arrived, there were three other customers, two using the ordering tablets and one waiting. Unfortunately, one of the three kiosks was out of order, which caused a slight delay. While waiting, I noticed that the interior could use some attention, as it was quite dusty, especially around the vents and big TV screens.
To my disappointment, they were out of the blueberry muffin cookie, which I was looking forward to trying. However, my cookies were ready about four minutes after ordering. Being a Monday, they offer all flavors in mini sizes, so I got one full-sized corn bread cookie and a box of three minis: corn bread, cookie dough, and peanut butter Butterfinger. While I wasn’t too impressed with the Butterfinger, both the corn bread and cookie dough were delicious. I paid with a gift card and recommend having your receipt texted to you, so you can earn rewards and eventually enjoy a...
Read moreI hate to write this because I love crumble cookies but I feel this location just has went downhill. I have went to this store every Monday the past couple weeks as a treat for my son since he's here for the summer. Every time we have went nobody has greeted us said hi, Nothing. They just stand there until we make it obvious we need their help. When they had the strawberry milk cookie we didn't notice until we got home that we never got the topping for it, I figured just an error. No big deal but then today when we went again we didn't get our toppings on the peanut butter one which is supposed to be the Reese's pieces which is the main component of the cookie. Also the other two cookies we got snickerdoodle and the confetti looking one were both very undercooked. The confetti one was almost raw. We live 20 minutes away so it's not like I'm going to be able to go back.... This location used to be my favorite, but I'm starting to think there might not be a reason...
