I came here about 2 days ago and I loved this place since I found out they had a location in San Diego but I had a very bad experience with a young female employee. I went in to get drinks for me and my husband and he asked if I could order his drink without the cheese foam. He wanted the Spyxfamily collab drink thorn princess’s berry frappe and I told the girl who placed the order If she could do the drink without the cheese foam and she took my order with no issues. When I received the drinks his had cheese foam. This is the 2nd occasion this employee gets my order wrong. My issue wasn’t that the order was wrong it was the fact that when I told her she had an attitude and told me that I can’t modify the drink because it’s part of the collab and that’s how it has to be made after she didn’t say anything when I had initially requested it the way I did. She refused to remake the drink and simply scooped out the foam (obviously still had some left) and I felt embarrassed so I left. I just can’t believe that she decided to argue about it, my husband called them upset but apparently she was alone and had no manager/supervisor...

This place is legit the best boba I’ve ever had! This is the first time that I had a choice in the type of milk they use, which is 🤯! Also, there is no extra charge for non dairy milk!

Their boba is super good, chewy and comes with brown sugar syrup. Very unexpected though, besides the syrup, there are pieces of peanuts (or some other nuts) amongst the boba, which I have never seen done before. Ask beforehand about that if you have a nut allergy!

The drink itself was thicker than I expected, I got the taro-ube milk tea, and the consistency of the taro ube part was very frothy/thick. Mixing everything with the straw was very difficult, so if you care to mix everything together really good, make sure to shake it real well before poking it with the straw. This drink is not too sweet, I thought it was just perfect.

This place is a real winner and the only downside is how busy it already is. We probably waited for like 15-20 mins to order, since their self-order machine was out of order. I can’t wait to go back though, it’s worth the...

It's currently their soft opening from August 1st to the 4th. During their soft opening, they have a limited menu. Patience is very much appreciated during this time. Their Grand Opening is August 5th.

I had an awesome experience. The staff is friendly and they made my drink quickly. At the time, there wasn't a line. The store is very clean. I ordered their Ube Taro Brown Sugar Deerioca Milk. My drink was perfect and their boba was soft and chewy. The sweetness was just right with bits of Ube mixed along with the boba. If you want it less sweet, they told me that they would remove some boba.

Their decor is beautiful and clean. Nice tables to sit down at and they have power outlets for those who want to come in to study. Power outlets are located on the front side of the bench. It can get noisy depending on how many people are in the cafe at the time, but not excessively loud. They do have music playing in the store. The cushions are pretty soft with pillows to use as a backrest...
