Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Diego

I have to give a 1 star because of the service and inability to follow directions for an order, TWICE. Two weeks ago, I ordered 2 veggie pizzas, one with cheese and one without. When I got home with that order, they both had cheese. I called the store and the guy said they would credit me for my next order for a free veggie with no cheese pizza (just sauce and vegetables, how hard can that be?) I called tonight and told them the situation, and the guy said he would make a veggie with no cheese or garlic sauce (which has butter). I looked at it at the counter when I picked it up and it looked fine. When I got home, what I thought was cauliflower was actually feta cheese (my wife did the litmus test as she eats cheese). So, for the $32 that I paid two weeks ago, they messed up on my no cheese veggie pizza without fail. I will not be going back to that store again. EVER!!!! Now it's on to better pastures with Papa John's. I should have gone to Papa John's in the first place as they never screw up my no cheese veggie pizzas. So long Domino's by Stater...

Have ordered from this dominos a LOT over the last three years. At least once a month. The food is baked very inconsistently but we've overlooked that. Today is what broke the straw. I ordered pizza for the kids and chicken Alfredo for myself and second bite in is a long hair from under the chicken and sauce. Absolutely NO way it could be mine. I called in and they instantly accuse me that it's my hair and very rudely and reluctantly said they'll just give me a free one next time. There won't be a next time! Domino's has absolutely lost my business! They force distancing and made put a chair on my front porch for them to deliver the pizza on... Then I find one of THEIR EMPLOYEES HAIR in my food and then get accused that it's mine. I'd understand that if I called and have complained multiple times in the past trying to get free food but I've NEVER called because it's been small issues but a hair that ruined the entire meal I figured they should know since someone clearly isn't keeping their hair in place while...

Just ordered for delivery right now and just got my pizza. I got an 8 piece wings with buffalo sauce and my wings had literally no sauce on them and it seemed like they ran out of buffalo sauce and didn’t want to prepare an extra bottle and give me the correct amount because it was so close to closing time. The pizza I ordered was also a sausage and I had two extremely small slices and then two huge ones and I swear it felt like I was eating a pizza with light cheese most of the time because there was barely any sausage or cheese on it. I’m not going to order from this place again because I know for a fact they’re undercutting the portions of toppings and it’s extremley noticeable with the cheese and the buffalo Sauce and is extremely annoying because I’ve seen other dominos stores make dank pizza but this one is bad.
