RUN!! DONT BE A SUCKER!! My daughter and I had a Hawaiian Shaved Ice earlier that day from another place, and felt like another one but were too far from that location. Tried this place. Asked about prices and their PAT ANSWER was “oh, it depends on ounces!” without including price per ounce!! I DID NOT SEE PRICE PER OUNCE posted ANYWHERE! It was very hectic at the time, people didn’t even seem to know where the front of the line was, so I didn’t pursue the additional info SHE SHOULD HAVE GIVEN WNEN I ASKED!!! Flavors were off the wall-confusing, no basic lime, grape, orange, except for lemon and tropical. When I asked for toppings on the side, she put it in a smaller cup but didn’t “tare” their cups! I’m basically paying for the cups (two large in addition to the small toppings cups) plus the ice. When I asked about tare she replied “OH, it’s only about .30 cents a cup!!! SO THEY DO KNOW ABOUT TARING, just REFUSE TO DO SO!! Like I told her, it adds up, in my case an extra .75!! Just for the cups! When I got the total for two large shaved ices and a small handful of candy (in a cup of course!) the total was $22.00!! Unbelievable! I told her their prices were RIDICULOUS and she just said thanks for stopping in! My husband told me I should have let them KEEP THEM, and turned around and left!! We won’t be back, but now I know to ASK for the PER OUNCE charge IF THEY PURPOSELY DON’T VOLUNTEER THAT INFO! (Even after I asked the price for the larges!) News flash! You guys are not selling yogurt!! Stop adding toppings to act like you’re actually selling more than ICE!!...

I walked in with my son because he wanted a sweet treat. he ordered the cookie monster and i ordered the strawberry shaved snow. my sons order was MASSIVE! i have no idea how he finished that. he said it was very good, i took a bite but it was too sweet for me! i enjoyed my shaved ice though. i paid $13 which i thought was a good deal, especially with my sons massive ice cream concoction. they had really cool flavors on their menu, though i stayed with something more tame per the recommendation of the employee who was helping me at the counter. she had black hair and was asian, she was really cool. this is an excellent spot to cool down with a nice cold sweet treat, especially with the heat from these past couple of days! will be coming back here again with or...

Everything tasted ok - nothing super special but nothing bad except my red bean taiyaki was raw in the middle 2. The shave ice system is a gimmick - there are three main sizes: small medium and large. The small is 4 to 6 oz, the medium is 6 to 8 oz and the large is 8 - 10 oz. We ordered 2 small shave ice things (rose lychee and cookies n cream). They purposely use a big cup and fill the bowl with a small amount of shave ice effectively making you pay for a large as the cup plus shave ice weighs 9ish oz while only giving you a small.
