Panda Express — Restaurant in San Diego

I was there this afternoon to buy lunch I had to wait for the Chow Mein being it's a main course no problem. While I was few more customers came in they took their orders and a couple of customers were also waiting for the Chow Mein. Finally when the Chow Mein was ready they served the customers that came after me no big deal but they also ordered a side dish as mine well they all got served before I which the side dish I ordered got emptied. Which means I after being the first customer waiting and mind you already paid ahead ended waiting again for the side dish to be ready. I seriously don't know how this is ok I let the employee by the name of Yaritza know that I have been waiting before the customers that you guys already served. Now you got me waiting again. She just walked away while I was talking to her she did not even say sorry for that anything to try accommodate. That is the worst customer service I have received very rude conduct. Fast, friendly, reliable menu. Same favorites are sold with perhaps one or two menu changes. Would like two sections for busier times. It is strange standing, as the only person in the restaurant, yet the workers are making up plates. Turns out, plates were for pick ups. Meanwhile, here I stand looking ridiculous. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. One of the two bathrooms is for public use...get the code from the cashier first. Would like the teriyaki chicken to have teriyaki on it. The packet they give tastes terrible. Once it heats with the chicken, it is good. So, put it on the chicken immediately to allow it to warm. Decent size price to portion ratio. They say that there is always the right time to go to a place to eat at, well this place ain't it (at least after 8). The food looked awful. Unfortunately I was starving. The food and service was undelightful. It was like being forced fed misery. I usually don't complain about the service, because that's not what my money goes into, but the food. ( Pause) what the heck were you guys serving. If I stared in the show undercover boss, some of you guys would have seen your last play checks. Food was dry and bland.
